I’ve been seeing my therapist and my psychiatrist through Lifestance for almost 3 years now. And when I say, they have been nothing but amazing to me. help me get through my days and nights. They listen to me without judging and does not make me feel bad for feeling how I feel if I could give a 10 star I would.

The booking experience was terrible. Too many check ins and still I had to call the office to get in contact with my therapist since no log in information was ever sent to me. Too long and not convenient at all. It made me late for my appointment and I had to call all around to get the information I needed.

I was extremely depressed when I reached out for help and I was treated with kindness and compassion. I was helped with finding the best fit for me and I am so very grateful. The last couple of years Kat has taught me how to navigate my life and my emotions. I highly recommend Lifestance to anyone that wants someone to talk with.

The online booking was easy. My first meeting with the therapist was knowledge, and Informative. She was very professional. You couldn't ask for anyone better. Looking forward to seeing her again.
