I have been a patient using Lifestance for over a year. Having access to therapy in the convience of my home is great. Especially on snowy or when road construction closes down the roads I would use to get the office.
My therapist is kind, patient and has helped me work through some very troubling times. I am grateful for the care I receive in therapy as well as keeping myself healthy with my med protocol. Lifestance is a total asset for mental health. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
It is difficult to put into words the positive impact LifeStance has had on my life over the past few years since establishing a relationship with them. Here's my experience. I've been a patient for Lifestance health for over a year. Needless to say, I'm done with this company. 1. My car broke down an hour before my appointment with a psychiatrist. I informed them about it. They fined me anyway for a "no show." 2. I've had experiences where it took me an hour to get on a call with their corporate office just to get on the schedule. 3. Erin is amazing. She has me on the right medications finally. She’s a lifesaver. At age 55, and after seeing dozens of medical professionals over 25 years, I learned from her the reason I’ve been a lifelong chronic pain sufferer.
