Here's my experience. I've been a patient for Lifestance health for over a year. Needless to say, I'm done with this company. 1. My car broke down an hour before my appointment with a psychiatrist. I informed them about it. They fined me anyway for a "no show." 2. I've had experiences where it took me an hour to get on a call with their corporate office just to get on the schedule. 3. Finally found someone that's listens, don't feel like a number you feel like a person. Given option and recommendations. Put everything out on the table and made adjustments as needed. Have recommended these guy to a couple of people and will continue to do so. It Like your in control of what you need. Every where else I tried felt like here meds

It is so hard to get anyone over the phone. Leave a message. They will call back (sometimes) but no message left and you must start the rigamarole all over. Went there once and they had no office staff. Just an empty waiting room. 2st Psychiatrist, a PA or NP, I don't recall ATM. was strictly meds. Which was okay as I did need a Dr for that. He left the practice in an emergency and they did nothing to help me with getting set up with someone else in spite of the promises and assurance they would..I did find the next Psychiat... read more

I met with Beverly Curtis and she was extremely helpful. It was a pleasure being able to talk through my concerns and be heard. Having someone willing to talk listen and talk the issues and options to help was much appreciated.
