Honestly before lifestance I'd given up on Therapy Services. I've been through multiple different facilities and therapists over the years. Ive never found a really good fit. However, my experience of this company has been nothing but positive. They are communicative and remind me of my appointments through email and text message reminders. Being as I have ADHD I'm very forgetful so having multiple reminders not only a few days before but the day of is very helpful for me. They also paired me with a great team. My psychiatrist is the main reason I am even still here. The business is not run very well things are always changing and the policies are odd. It’s never fun to have to call I typically have a poor experience and have a headache when I need to do anything but show up for an appointment. However no one is ever on time.

I have been a patient using Lifestance for over a year. Having access to therapy in the convience of my home is great. Especially on snowy or when road construction closes down the roads I would use to get the office.

My therapist is kind, patient and has helped me work through some very troubling times. I am grateful for the care I receive in therapy as well as keeping myself healthy with my med protocol. Lifestance is a total asset for mental health. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Erin is amazing. She has me on the right medications finally. She’s a lifesaver. At age 55, and after seeing dozens of medical professionals over 25 years, I learned from her the reason I’ve been a lifelong chronic pain sufferer.
