Here's my experience. I've been a patient for Lifestance health for over a year. Needless to say, I'm done with this company. 1. My car broke down an hour before my appointment with a psychiatrist. I informed them about it. They fined me anyway for a "no show." 2. I've had experiences where it took me an hour to get on a call with their corporate office just to get on the schedule. 3. I was scheduled with a med management provider instead of counselor, which may have been my fault but it turned out still to be very helpful and insightful. The NP was kind, gave me some good input into what I’m dealing with and referred me to a great counselor. I would recommend lifestance.
Erin is amazing. She has me on the right medications finally. She’s a lifesaver. At age 55, and after seeing dozens of medical professionals over 25 years, I learned from her the reason I’ve been a lifelong chronic pain sufferer. With this knowledge, I can finally get my life back. I highly recommend LifeStance and especially Erin Colleran.
