Since changes were made to the check-in process l think this past summer, said process has taken a turn for the worse. The requirement that regular clients fill out a survey every. Freaking. I’ve been using LifeStance for 2 years. Very easy to make appointments. Getting the mental health I needed was made simple. Easy to make payments online or over the phone.
