I have twice now been unable to get a prescription refilled. Once due to a lack of communication from reception staff to transfer pharmacies, and now today due to an error on part of the doctor who incorrectly scheduled my prescription refills. I will now have to go a weekend without being able to have my prescription, and I will once again end up sick from the withdrawal. My therapist, John A, is fabulous! I wish there were words to describe how much he has helped me over the past few years. The billing/claims department, however, gets one star from me. They are very difficult to work with and take a ridiculous amount of time to process claims, leaving you with a massive bill out of no where. They have hit me with bills from services provided over 2 years ago, despite me confirming multiple times that I was paid up to date. I really liked working with Lisa Mann, but because my long term insomnia was getting worse, she suggested I see one of her colleagues. The new woman I saw was Teresa Lane. She immediately was judgmental that I was still in bed at 10 am because I work evening shifts. She was obsessive over it, mentioning it several times. She also accused me of being naked just because my shoulders were bare. Many articles of clothing are sleeveless. My experiences have been great except for the waiting time. I have waited in the waiting room anywhere from 20 minutes to 40+ minutes. Truly a waste of my busy days.

I use LifeStance for therapy services and have been more than satisfied with my provider. I have achieved the highest level of self love I've ever attained with her continued guidance. Well worth the time.
