My therapist, John A, is fabulous! I wish there were words to describe how much he has helped me over the past few years. The billing/claims department, however, gets one star from me. They are very difficult to work with and take a ridiculous amount of time to process claims, leaving you with a massive bill out of no where. I use LifeStance for therapy services and have been more than satisfied with my provider. I have achieved the highest level of self love I've ever attained with her continued guidance. Well worth the time.

I spent longer than usual to get an appointment for my daughter. I confirmed the appointment. I submitted my information. Less than 48 hours until my appointment and they canceled the appointment because the provider doesn’t serve my daughter’s age group!!! UGH Do you realize how much I have to rearrange to have the appointment? I have to get the time off from work, get a substitute, get the workload done for the substitute etc?? I should charge you guys for the inconvenience.

DR Darlene McNulty is amazing. I've been seeing her for 5 or 6 years now. She always listens and remembers. I mean, she even remembered that my best friend moved to Destin. I always feel like she connects with me and we have great conversations. I feel great after my sessions. Which I think is kind of the point of therapy right?

Dr Natarajan has helped change my life. I’m forever grateful to her. She doesn’t rush me during my appt, she is interested in how I’m doing and works with my therapist and me as a team. I appreciate Dr Natarajan tremendously.
