LifeStance appointments are never a problem. I love the whole staff. Always professional and knowledgeable plus friendly .. waiting room is comfy cozy .. but I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes..

My NP is excellent. She helps advise, offers suggestions, and listens to my concerns. Care provider, Rho Adams helps me make informed decisions and affects my better mental health.

I have twice now been unable to get a prescription refilled. Once due to a lack of communication from reception staff to transfer pharmacies, and now today due to an error on part of the doctor who incorrectly scheduled my prescription refills. I will now have to go a weekend without being able to have my prescription, and I will once again end up sick from the withdrawal. This location is horrible and they do not care for their patients whatsoever. My mental health has only gotten worse after starting here due to the stress... read more
