I still receive some service through this company, but I need to express overall issue with booking behavioral health appointments. There is NO In-Person appointments available. There isn't even one clinician within a reasonable distance. The one they had available wasn't specialized in the care and were all the way across the state... While I understand that COVID is a thing, this is unimaginably hard to find in person support.
It took a little while for my first appointment, but definetly worth the wait. I have worked both with Arielle Hall and Hali Massri! They are both great!
Always have a great experience with my provider. She doesn’t push anything on me, she listens and our follow ups are so quick and easy via Telehealth!
