Lifestance is great! The front desk is professional and friendly. It was easy to get my appointment and I like the reminder text/ email. I felt welcomed when I walked in. I have a hard time talking about issues. Erin Malone Orren made me feel comfortable and I felt like I could share and be heard and not judged. She is wonderful, kind and understanding. The process to see the a therapist was straightforward and easy. The people at the clinic were super friendly. My therapist Deborah was amazing! I felt heard and am taking away valuable tools. Thank you LifeStance and especially Deborah Meadors.
All over pretty awful experience receiving care from Lifestance. The one and only time I went in for a test to their in person clinic, the receptionist was rude to me, and then she was the one doing the test because the doctor just didn't show up! I could also hear someone else's appointment through the walls and in the waiting room, which is super unprofessional. I stopped making appointments with my psychiatrist about 5 months ago and have been getting nonstop texts saying I owe a bill, but my healthcare covers ALL mental ... read more
