Several things. First of all my provider, Whitaker was absolutely wonderful. Never had an issue getting meds, even while she was on maternity leave. Thats why they get 2 stars. Financially? DO NOT ATTACH YOUR CARD TO YOUR ACCOUNT. I have been billed for the same appointment 3 times....which means they are charging my insurance all those times. I love this place. I don’t dread going like other mental health “clinics” I’ve been to, the process of checking in has always been smooth and easy. Also, my provider, Katherine Raun has helped me progress and stay on track in more ways than I can count. I appreciate LifeStance.
I had the worse experience ever thanks to Lindsay Gavit NP. She was everything you would not want your provider to be. From the moment i walked in she welcomed me with delightful questions “what are you doing here” “can’t your doctor treat this”. I especially loved how she scanned my evaluation then said “PTSD huh” *looking me up and down*. I will never return and would give this place zero stars! Oh and I called to file a complaint and was hung up on after i waited on the phone for 10 mins on hold.
this was my first time visiting this office for my therapist, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and safe. the space was bright, colorful, and welcoming .. nothing cold or clinical like I had imagined. I see Dr. Fadalia Kim for my mental heath care and she is phenomenal. The office is responsive and it is easy to schedule or reschedule appointments. She is willing to try different medications to see what fits your needs the best. Thank God I found this clinic and Dr. Kim when I did
