I had the worse experience ever thanks to Lindsay Gavit NP. She was everything you would not want your provider to be. From the moment i walked in she welcomed me with delightful questions “what are you doing here” “can’t your doctor treat this”. I especially loved how she scanned my evaluation then said “PTSD huh” *looking me up and down*. I will never return and would give this place zero stars! Oh and I called to file a complaint and was hung up on after i waited on the phone for 10 mins on hold.
I see Dr. Fadalia Kim for my mental heath care and she is phenomenal. The office is responsive and it is easy to schedule or reschedule appointments. She is willing to try different medications to see what fits your needs the best. Thank God I found this clinic and Dr. Kim when I did
this was my first time visiting this office for my therapist, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and safe. the space was bright, colorful, and welcoming .. nothing cold or clinical like I had imagined. Love our provider however their “policies” and customer service is horrible!! They have a 48 hour cancellation notice and if you try to cancel or reschedule using their call back system it conveniently doesn’t call you back until it’s after the window has closed! They charge $70 for a late cancellation/reschedule fee… due to their poor phone system! I think it’s part of a scam. Consider looking elsewhere if you ever plan to reschedule your appointment!!!
Pretty awful experience. Waited two months for an appointment, completed a bunch of paperwork, and then the provider doesn’t show up. It was an online visit, and I was in two different waiting rooms for 40 minutes. I tried calling but of course no one answered. Looking through the reviews, it seems this is a pretty common experience. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
