When you first walk in the atmosphere is wonderful. The waiting room is decorated beautifully.It makes you feel at home. I am so glad that doctor Hor n chose to move his office there. His sincere caring for my son is so much appreciated. 💙 Mary Ann
I’ve been a patient of this clinic for over 10 years, dating back to before LifeStance took over the original Balance Clinic. First, I want to be clear that this review is not directed at the providers. Many of the providers I worked with over the years were excellent, and I was once happy to recommend this practice to others. Dr. Kim has been great so far, I enjoy our talks very much. She listens to me about my meds and doesn't argue when I don't want them changed. Cheri has also been great at providing information and giving me tools to handle life's lemons 🍋
I would not recommend LifeStance based on my experience. I canceled a follow-up appointment four days in advance, within the cancellation window I was told to follow, but I was still charged a $100 late cancellation/no-show fee. This has been going on since November, and it is now June 22nd. I am still receiving bill notices for a charge that LifeStance has confirmed multiple times I should not be receiving. I personally have had nothing but positive experiences with the Doctors and staff. Their exceptional service has been tremendously helpful on my mental health journey, and I'm so glad I finally sought out the professional help that I had needed for so long without realizing it. Lifestance (Moore, at least) has definitely earned my recommendation and 5 star review.
