Great experience so far. I've had a few different doctors since I've been there due to unforseen circumstances but each time I switched it has been smooth and easy. My current doctor is great. He listens to anything I have to say and makes sure there isn't anything else I need to talk about before leaving. Definitely recommend!
I am a new patient and have recently seen Lindsay Gavit. She is incredible and reminds me of my own PCP with how thorough she is. I truly enjoyed my visit with her. I can not recommend her enough. She is amazing. Easy check-in process online and in person. Super nice staff. I totally recommend.
If you want to save your sanity, do not come here. My providers left very suddenly in February and I was never called and found out through my brother who saw the same doctor and NP. I had to call myself days before my scheduled appointment to book with a new provider. I was ultimately scheduled with Kate Raun and Dr. Plata. Everyone I spoke with at the front desk / scheduling was incredibly nice. Remember when you could just speak directly with the doctor/physician? NOT HERE. Beyond the scheduling experience, get ready to jump through hoops to try and get the help you need. You will most likely see only the physicians assistant, and depending on what meds you need, you will have to see physician first, then see the assistant, then go to their "educational" group meeting for a medication I have been taking for the past decade (HAD to wait TWO we... read more
