I’ve had a great experience so far, even with having to change providers because my first one left shortly after my initial appointment. I could quickly make a new appointment and had no lapse in medication. I like the online portal because it made finding providers, scheduling, and payment easy and simple. I’ve also utilized the provider messaging option and that’s been helpful. The staff are amazing and care about their patients. Wether you are in the office or have a telemed appointment the service has been great. This place has everything I need !! Prescription management, therapy and Spravato treatment, which I highly recommend. The patient portal makes it easy to communicate with your provider
Several things. First of all my provider, Whitaker was absolutely wonderful. Never had an issue getting meds, even while she was on maternity leave. Thats why they get 2 stars. Financially? DO NOT ATTACH YOUR CARD TO YOUR ACCOUNT. I have been billed for the same appointment 3 times....which means they are charging my insurance all those times. I have sent two messages today, and im pretty sure im going to have to cancel my bank card because of all this. Its terribly shady. Yeah my copay may be cheap, but my insurance is ... read more
Let me start by saying Dr Sandothe at life stance has been amazing. I've never really trusted many people with my mental health. Most people that I have spoken with I just leave because I don't get a sense that I can trust them fully. Because of that, I mostly just choose not to pursue care. However, here, I have felt safe and I feel like my doctor, Dr Sanbothe, is very good at what she does. I love LifeStance. Dr. Reynolds is absolutely incredible and the entire team at the Spravato clinic is amazing (admin, physicians, nurses, and in between). I am so grateful to be able to be a part of this practice as it has absolutely changed my life for the better.
