I’ve been a patient of this clinic for over 10 years, dating back to before LifeStance took over the original Balance Clinic. First, I want to be clear that this review is not directed at the providers. Many of the providers I worked with over the years were excellent, and I was once happy to recommend this practice to others. LifeStance is an amazing place. The staff made me feel right at home. I've been a patient of Dr. Horns for a long time and when he left the previous place I was very scared but then I found him and once again he saved my life. I am extremely grateful for LifeStance and Dr Horn. I would rate their service as a 100 if that would be possible. If you ever feel like you need that service I would encourage you to call them make an appointment. They have the tools to help you move forward in your journey.
I personally have had nothing but positive experiences with the Doctors and staff. Their exceptional service has been tremendously helpful on my mental health journey, and I'm so glad I finally sought out the professional help that I had needed for so long without realizing it. Lifestance (Moore, at least) has definitely earned my recommendation and 5 star review.
This is a great place that cares about their patients. I liked the fact that they were able to see me so quickly without the typical 6 month waiting list. When I first called the office, I literally was able to be seen within the same week. Dr. Gentry and her team of staff are amazing and have helped me get to a point where for the first time in over 16 years, my depression feels like its in remission. I think this is a place thats well worth the visit if you are struggling with mental health.
The PA, nurse, whatever she was(Katharine), told me they couldn't prescribe my ADHD medications (I just moved to this state, been prescribed them in my home state for years), unless I was employed. 😂😂 Or in college. Huhhh? That just sounds presumptuous and negligent to me. Never in my many years of receiving mental health care have I been told something that outlandish.
