LifeStance is an amazing place. The staff made me feel right at home. I've been a patient of Dr. Horns for a long time and when he left the previous place I was very scared but then I found him and once again he saved my life. I am extremely grateful for LifeStance and Dr Horn. I would rate their service as a 100 if that would be possible. If you ever feel like you need that service I would encourage you to call them make an appointment. They have the tools to help you move forward in your journey.
New patient at this facility and so far everything has been perfect! Great customer service, very understanding, friendly and caring staff! Dr. Horn is absolutely amazing, he's a great listener and is very gifted in his field, ability to interact with patients, also an excellent listener! I look forward to my journey with Lifestance! I’ve had a great experience so far, even with having to change providers because my first one left shortly after my initial appointment. I could quickly make a new appointment and had no lapse in medication. I like the online portal because it made finding providers, scheduling, and payment easy and simple. I’ve also utilized the provider messaging option and that’s been helpful. The staff are amazing and care about their patients. Wether you are in the office or have a telemed appointment the service has been great. This place has everything I need !! Prescription management, therapy and Spravato treatment, which I highly recommend. The patient portal makes it easy to communicate with your provider
Always have a great experience here. Staff is super friendly and being able to do virtual appointments is very helpful for my schedule. Dr Gentry has helped me so much with my mental health. Definitely recommend this place for any mental health needs.
