LifeStance is an amazing place. The staff made me feel right at home. I've been a patient of Dr. Horns for a long time and when he left the previous place I was very scared but then I found him and once again he saved my life. I am extremely grateful for LifeStance and Dr Horn. I would rate their service as a 100 if that would be possible. If you ever feel like you need that service I would encourage you to call them make an appointment. They have the tools to help you move forward in your journey.
This is a great place that cares about their patients. I liked the fact that they were able to see me so quickly without the typical 6 month waiting list. When I first called the office, I literally was able to be seen within the same week. Dr. Gentry and her team of staff are amazing and have helped me get to a point where for the first time in over 16 years, my depression feels like its in remission. I think this is a place thats well worth the visit if you are struggling with mental health.
New patient at this facility and so far everything has been perfect! Great customer service, very understanding, friendly and caring staff! Dr. Horn is absolutely amazing, he's a great listener and is very gifted in his field, ability to interact with patients, also an excellent listener! I look forward to my journey with Lifestance! I’ve had a great experience so far, even with having to change providers because my first one left shortly after my initial appointment. I could quickly make a new appointment and had no lapse in medication. I like the online portal because it made finding providers, scheduling, and payment easy and simple. I’ve also utilized the provider messaging option and that’s been helpful. I have been coming here for years. I started services when it was Balance Women's Health. Katharine Raun is the provider I see and is great. She is upbeat and really cares about how I am doing and suggests adjustments if needed. She is also prompt and doesn't keep me waiting for a long time. I am very pleased with their services.
