I do not recommend. They will get you all set up and seeing professional. I went to my appointments regularly paid fees associated with visits. All to find out 2 years later they decided to add an additional $50 for each visit. Without saying anything while I was in the office over 15 separate times. I tried to discuss with the office themselves via phone over a year later when I started getting notices and I never recieved a call back. Then they decided to send it to collections.

LifeStance Health has been incredibly pleasant and responsive throughout my experience with them. Their team is attentive and caring, making every interaction a positive one. Highly recommend their services!

I could not recommend the experience less. I understand good mental health care is limited in oklahoma and this may be the best option some people have. HOWEVER, if I could go back in time and save myself the heartache of working with this office I would. Billing has been a nightmare. I have been over charged after already paying in full in office. I have been sent running in circles since. There is no one to take accountability for the issue so it has never been fixed. The office is not accommodating to severe mental illnes... read more

I have been a long time patient, I saw a practitioner for a long time before she left and have recently had to see two new ones to find a good match after years of building a therapeutic relationship. I had my appointment scheduled months in advance and received a reminder this week with a totally different provider. I was never notified of this change. Complete waste of time and money. The providers have their own agenda and think they know what’s best, regardless of what you tell them. I came in here to address one area of problem and made it explicitly clear I didn’t want to mess with or change my other areas of concern but they wouldn’t take no for an answer and denied me what I was referred for in the first place.
