Tried to get a refill on my prescription through patient portal with no response. Then called the office 30 mins before close and it said no one was available. It’s pretty important that patients can get refills when they need them, do better.

Easy to book, even though I had an issue at first with getting my insurance info over to them, and then with getting a referral. Everyone was very nice and they quickly helped me fix the issue. My therapist is amazing too.
I have recently been having Telehealth meetings with both a counselor and a doctor and have truly enjoyed both. Colleen is very kind, very personable and easy to talk to, has never canceled or been late (I've had that issue in the past) and has given me some great suggestions on how to manage my anxiety. She is a great counselor! Dominik is very knowledgable, very kind and an easy person to talk to.
I’ve been using Lifestance’ services over the last two and a half months after struggling my whole life to get myself to get health insurance, schedule a therapy appointment, and try to see a psychiatrist,(I’m 23) I can legitimately say seeing my therapist Kelly Puro has changed my life as well as my psychiatrist Dr. D.
