I had the good luck to discover and be accepted by Dr. Robert DeMercurio this spring. I’ve never been under the consistent care and guidance of a professional psychiatrist. His demeanor and “bedside manner” are exceptional. From the very beginning and continuing into every session, I have felt truly heard and acknowledged.. I had a horrible experience with them. My therapist was great but their office is incompetent at best and fraudulent in brighter light. Because of this, I left six months ago. I'm still receiving fraudulent billing against my credit card and have had to work with my bank to block them. They are fundamentally dishonest. Avoid this place.
It’s my second time doing my therapy online. I needed to find a therapist quickly because I felt my depression getting bad again. I see April and she is very good at what she does. She gives me helpful feedback/advice!
Dr. D is amazing. Of all of the experiences that I’ve had with medical professional, there’s no place that compares to life stance! They’re extremely caring and thorough Doctor D is by far the kindest, and most patient Psychiatrist I’ve met. Which Allows him to be truly understanding of his patience and the things affecting them.. Making sure he addresses the issues appropriately and thoroughly. Giving his patient the feeling of understanding, acknowledgment, and proper treatment!! You won’t regret choosing this place!
The therapists are amazing but the office staff is underqualified. Poor communication, late billing surprises, and lack of knowledge of insurance acceptance. I had to leave after just a few appts.
