I have recently been having Telehealth meetings with both a counselor and a doctor and have truly enjoyed both. Colleen is very kind, very personable and easy to talk to, has never canceled or been late (I've had that issue in the past) and has given me some great suggestions on how to manage my anxiety. She is a great counselor! Dominik is very knowledgable, very kind and an easy person to talk to.

I easily have the best doctor ever at Lifestance, Doctor D! This place is truly amazing and has had a huge hand in changing my life for the better. My doctor genuinely cares. I have seen other providers who weren’t as great, but once you find the one, you’ll never turn back. Every time you call the office, no matter who you get, you’ll be met with the kindest, most helpful, truly genuine young ladies. I’ve never had a bad experience calling Lifestance. I love this place!

Edit: My insurance cleared with proof of an EOB statement. This company stole over $100 from me. I had issues with the autopay system taking $103.94 when I paid everything I owed when I saw I had a payment on the portal. I was at $0 before March 1st. I got a automated text message saying my remaining total of $103.94 would be drafted on the first. I ignored it because I paid that exact balance off in two payments ( one on 2/24 and the other on 2/28). The overpayment went into effect on the first and it showed $-103.94 on my... read more

Dr. Misiak is very nice, professional and easy to talk to. The staff at LifeStance are friendly and kind. My experience has been very positive from the beginning.
