My therapist is a Goddess, she listens and asks the best questions. I truly wish I wouldn't have waited so long to use this amazing service. Ive never felt this seen. Danielle is a valuable person and with her warmth and insight, I find the quality of convenience purely amazing.
Honestly super upset with how they “run” things the first time my provider needed to go out of town. I needed a psych medication refill. I submitted a refill request 3 days prior to being out of my medication. Wednesday, I am OUT OF MEDICATION COMPLETELY. I call and let them know my pharmacy didn’t receive anything from them. They said they will send it. Thursday, same thing. They say “oh well I sent the request into the provider that’s covering for her.” Friday, I call in a panic at 10am, 12pm & 4pm. Prior to the appointment, I had plenty of time to fill out all my forms online. Which is great if you are good with modern technology. There was plenty of parking, the building and the office were clean and nice. I really really like Danielle, the Nurse Practitioner I met today! She was comfortable to talk to, thorough with her questions and explained things well and easy to understand. Great experience here, Corey was a fantastic listener, very respectful and knowledgeable. He made me feel welcome to ask questions and did not downplay any of my symptoms. I would definitely go back!!
I was a little hesitant at first but glad I kept the appt. The place was so cute and calming when you walk in and felt like the doctor was very open and helpful, non judgmental which you need in a doctor. Looking forward to what my future holds now and think I have the right doctors in place.
