I recommend giving LifeStance a try. Whenever you schedule an appointment, they always alert you well in advance, and they respond to messages in a timely manner. They accept just about every form of health insurance as well. Also, the therapist that I spoke with gave me a lot of helpful advice and was very friendly.
I love this place. It’s been a huge help after the year I’ve had. The people who work here care so much about your mental wellbeing. They are so sweet and still push you to be the best version of yourself. The front desk is quick and efficient. Excited to continue treatment here.
The doctor I saw was highly attentive, and my appointment didn't feel rushed at all, even when we went over time. After several failed attempts at getting help from doctors from other companies, I finally feel seen and heard, and was prescribed medicine that suited my needs. I am very relieved and thankful.
Before I was going to LifeStance, my previous psychiatrist was unreliable.. for a while I just accepted it. Finally I decided to find a new psychiatrist and LifeStance was there for me! Their online portal is convenient for refilling medications and messaging my doctor (who responds in a timely manner). I am grateful for the consistency in care and couldn’t ask for a better provider to help me through my mental health journey.
UPDATE BELOW: This establishment deserves ZERO stars. My son is on disablity. After paying his rent yesterday, he has $60 to last him the rest of this month. He had an appointment on the 26th of Sept that I called to cancel the appt OUTSIDE of the 48 hour window that was required. STILL, they stole $100 from him and when I called to talk to a manager named, Namisha, they left me on hold for 20 minutes before coming back to say that she was in a meeting.
