If I could give negative stars I would. To start off with I couldn’t even comment on my therapist as to the fact I never got through the receptionist! I am new to Texas my husband was seen here prior to my visit and recommended them and set my appointment. Was having difficulty with insurance cards and getting co pays straightened out which was frustrating in itself. Melinda is compassionate, patient, and very easy to talk to. She created a safe and supportive environment during a difficult time for me emotionally. I truly appreciated her professionalism, empathy, and ability to listen without judgment. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful and caring support.
If I could give Life Stance and Corey Spence zero stars I would. I came in to find a provider who could assist with the continuity of care and medication. First off the scheduling team was very disorganized and not communicative in a timely manner with trying to get an appointment for me. Once I went into see Corey Spence he quickly read my intake form and informed me he could not prescribe the medication I needed and have been taking as a disabled combat veteran (with ample documentation from the VA). Today was my first session with Amy it went well. Honestly I when got the news that Bill would no longer be my therapist I was very upset but after speaking with Amy today I believe I will adjust. Amy made me feel very comfortable & I look forward to our next session.
Correy Spence is a fantastic Psyciatrist! He so thoughtful, caring knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional! He truly does care about his patience and does everything in his power to help carefully. He’s not quick to prescribe and he’s not doing it just for a bo us on a paycheck. (Unlike many doctors in DFW). I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
