So far I have had a great experience with LifeStance. I have met with two different providers over that past 2 months and both of them have been great. They do have a 48 hour cancellation policy, which is a little steep in my opinion, but everything else regarding their whole operation has been great so far!
I am extremely happy and grateful for the experience I have had through lifestance. I have recommended them a few times now and will continue to do so in the future. The booking was simple and through my insurance. Wait time at the time was not entirely long due to me opting for telehealth! My therapist has been amazing and we have connected well! Truly a life changing experience!
