This place is beautiful, staff and therapist are great. The place is clean, very relaxing feel very comfortable there. I’ve only been one time so far, but I’m continuing with the services offered to me and I felt very relaxed talking with my therapist.LifeStance is very helpful and affordable, which I was very surprised with my insurance it’s not always the greatest, but it is very reasonable priced so I’m able to see a therapist at this cost .
If I could give less than 1 star I would. LifeStance should NEVER be recommended. Never in my life have I been so belittled and made to feel like my mental health was not a priority. I thought at first it was just a bad day for the therapist but then she turned around and did the same thing to my husband. They have no care for their patients and have a savior complex that is completely unwarranted. The moment I walked in to the office, I felt a calming sensation of my surroundings. The place was so beautiful and non- clinical. The receptionist was welcoming and very kind. I had expressed that I was also in need of a therapist. They didn't hesitate to let me know that they could help me with my needs. My personal experience in the past yrs of therapy and getting on meds for my MDD care had always felt unfullfilling and I always felt uneasy. I like my providers. Bill is very kind and even toned, Heather is very knowledgeable of meds and finds out if doesn’t know something. Staff has always been cool with me, including billing. Thanks guys.
