Easy to book appointment at a time that works with my schedule. Had to change from inperson appointment to virtual a few days before appointment. The change went seamlessly.

Stay FAR away from this place! Just a train wreck. They rarely answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for 1 1/2hr & no one has answered. The 1st provider I saw cussed like a sailor (f-bombs right & left). They keep your debit card on file & they recently charged me for visit that I have not had. The 2nd provider I saw called out on 1 of my appts & I was told it would be of no charge to reschedule. I still have the voicemail saying it would be no charge. Low & behold, they charged me for it. The receptionist at this location is always very nice, courteous and always greets us with a smile! She took time out of her day to help my elderly mother to/from the bathroom and fill out her paperwork despite how busy her schedule may be. My mother is always thrilled to see Ms. Jada when she comes for her appointments. She loves her therapist as well!
The doctor I met with was perfect. This is the first time I have felt completely comfortable. She listened, and was compassionate and attentive.
