Lifestance has been very good to me. With my schedule I need telehealth appointment which they accommodate. My medicine provider always spends time talking to me and making sure that my medicine is working. Because of her I am on the right combination of medicine and I feel better than I have in years. I also have a therapist who is emphatic, lets me guide what I want to talk about to an extent. She's very good at steering me back to her questions and topics. She gives me tools that really work. I’ve been with lifestance for about 3 years. My rating reflects my experience overall. My first psychiatrist I had I felt like I was being gaslit about my medication. I had to repeatedly stand firm that I wasn’t interested in upping my dosage. The second psychiatrist was great but left the practice and my now third psychiatrist is amazing so far. Front desk is awesome-friendly and helpful. Therapist I saw was very kind sweet excellent listener and seemed very knowledgeable about mental health and working with people who have disabilities

I believe this is the best experience I’ve had with therapists and mental healthcare. Dr. Fish is thorough, thoughtful, and caring. Amanda is possibly the best therapist I’ve ever worked with.

I was very nervous about it. She put me at ease right away. I found it easy to talk to her. I feel that I can accomplish my goals and find the peace I seek.
