The booking process was really easy and convenient to do on my phone. They have plenty of time options as well. I was sent the new patient portal link the same day. So far my experience has been very pleasant and welcoming
I'm so happy I found LifeStance. Gabrielle and Nakia have been wonderful with my 12 year old. Depression and anxiety is real for our kids after the pandemic. They have been helping her, and my baby girl is happy and smiling once again. I EVEN started therapy sessions with Nakia. These ladies are AWESOME!
Just had my first session with Kelsey, and she was great! I already feel a better connection with her than I did my previously counselors. She was super kind and asked the right questions.
New Heights Counseling is one of the best mental health service providers around! They're really affordable and still offer such quality services. In every interaction I've had with their staff, I've felt so supported and they're very helpful too, which makes it easy to get started. I always recommend New Heights anytime I hear someone is looking to get started with counseling!!
Ana, the person who answers calls at LifeStance, should not be working there. Patients suffering from mental illness deserve a little more empathy and compassion than she can provide. Very unhelpful and unpleasant individual.
