Great scheduling team got me in via telehealth within 24 hours. My provider was also personable and kind, and reassuring with what I shared with her. I’ll be sticking with LifeStance in the future.

Was so excited to hopefully get answers about some concerns I have and possible ADHD. Couldn’t afford to pay $150 out of pocket for the qb testing. Psychiatrist offered assessments and essentially ghosted me after I completed them. No follow up, no reaching out to set an appointment and figure out next steps for diagnosis. I am really disappointed and probably won’t recommend them as a company. Go see a private psychiatrist or NP. I was not met with care AT ALL.

My first visit with Javanna Armstrong was excellent. My second appointment was by zoom excellent. She explained how anxiety medication works. Looking forward to my next appointment. Sylvia Sampson

Horrible office. If you attempt to cancel an appointment and get an agent named Kyle, just hang up the phone and call back until you get anyone else. I had to pay for an appointment that I called to cancel a week in advance. Then the Dr. I was supposed to see, but never saw perscribed Adderall IR to me without ever seeing me. I had seen a different doctor before and told them specifically that I did not want stimulants for ADHD. How they messed that up? No idea. Just shows you how incompetent they are.
