Horrible office. If you attempt to cancel an appointment and get an agent named Kyle, just hang up the phone and call back until you get anyone else. I had to pay for an appointment that I called to cancel a week in advance. Then the Dr. I was supposed to see, but never saw perscribed Adderall IR to me without ever seeing me. I had seen a different doctor before and told them specifically that I did not want stimulants for ADHD. How they messed that up? No idea. Just shows you how incompetent they are. Its been a month or a little more since Lifestance and I have worked together in hopes of feeling better about my mental health. They are professionals with great patience and follow-up continuation from weekly session to session that I really appreciate and am very thankful for.

The booking process was really easy and convenient to do on my phone. They have plenty of time options as well. I was sent the new patient portal link the same day. So far my experience has been very pleasant and welcoming

It was a great experience. Super easy to book got to speak with a super great counselor name Kelsey looking forward to working with her.

Just had my first session with Kelsey, and she was great! I already feel a better connection with her than I did my previously counselors. She was super kind and asked the right questions.
