Issue is with admin. The counselor was ok. I called and specifically asked if they took my insurance. They said yes. We waited 2 weeks for our first appointment. We then went for 4 more appointments. On the 5th appointment I was told they dont take my insurance. Now I owe over $1500. Its very easy to check insurance, the fact that it took them well over a month to tell me they dont accept mine was ridiculous.
