The cancelletion policy is ridiculous. I tried to cancel 2 days in advance and since it was 47 hours in advance instead of 48 I had to keep my appointment or face paying the $100 cancellation fee. Because of an hour difference. Mind you the appointment I had was on a Tuesday and I called to cancel on a Friday. I have never cancelled an appointment before. My experience with NJBH, affiliated with LifeStance Therapists has been great. Katie McMahon in particular has been exceptional.
Very caring and personalized therapy. Easy to contact and quickly responsive to needs and questions. Easy to develop a a good, trusting relationship.
Excellent and professional-They have helped me navigate my mental health issues. Great follow up! Highly recommend.
