The cancelletion policy is ridiculous. I tried to cancel 2 days in advance and since it was 47 hours in advance instead of 48 I had to keep my appointment or face paying the $100 cancellation fee. Because of an hour difference. Mind you the appointment I had was on a Tuesday and I called to cancel on a Friday. I have never cancelled an appointment before. This appt was better than our previous experiences. Today Dr. Peddu took her time, asked questions, gave good responses and advice, and was all around engaged. In the past, our appts were very rushed, and her only response would be “ok”. I hope that today’s appt is a sign of her taking more time with her patients bc we actually left her office feeling optimistic about seeing her.

LifeStance made it so easy to be matched with a professional who suits my needs. For me, the hardest part of getting professional help is searching for the right person.
