Booking system is not clear on the website, neither is canceling or rescheduling appointments.
This appt was better than our previous experiences. Today Dr. Peddu took her time, asked questions, gave good responses and advice, and was all around engaged. In the past, our appts were very rushed, and her only response would be “ok”. I hope that today’s appt is a sign of her taking more time with her patients bc we actually left her office feeling optimistic about seeing her.
