I am so happy that I discovered LifeStance! Levi and the rest of the staff at the Mingo Rd location have been so kind and understanding. Levi, in particular, has been so patient in working with me on getting my medication correct. I wish I had found this place a long time ago. I highly recommend them!
So far my experience with Lifestance has been great. I feel like I've actually been listened to by the people who work here. My therapist Jo is the best one I've ever had. Every week I leave the office reflecting on the things I've discussed with her. She has been helping me find food for thought and nourishment to fuel my life in a more positive light.
Dr Carr is great. I feel like he's thorough and thoughtful. Listens and includes me in the plan moving forward. Appointments have started on time. Lifestance's reminders and automation is really useful and makes everything so easy
I had a wonderful experience with Rachael today. I haven’t felt this optimistic and hopeful about my mental health in years. She took the time to listen to me and actually heard me and I just feel so much better. Thank you so much Rachael, I’m so happy to be working with you going forward!
Very happy with how my first experience went today with Dr. Carr. He was very thorough and asked the right questions! Referred me to a therapist and was helpful with recommendations of medication if necessary.
