I met with Kristine this week and have met with her multiple times. She is a great counselor. She listens and always seems to have insight into things that I realize are deep down inside me. She continues to help me believe in myself when people try to tear me down. She is one if not the best counselors I have met with and is helping me through triggers and to get past years of abuse. I am so thankful to have found her!

The office manager is a coward. I have asked to speak to them directly on multiple occasions to plead my case and he or she refuses. Simply given explanation through the nurse at the front desk who was "not at the front desk" the morning of our visit which they charged us for without seeing us. The desk was littered with papers when we arrived with no ability to see that we were supposed to sign in via iPad and redundantly fill out the same questions we had JUST filled out before the appointment. John Stanford spent a lot of time asking me questions and going through past medication pros and cons. Really appreciated that. I did my first visit via video which took a lot of stress out. I will come in person for my second visit though. Highly recommend. It does cost more then most places but after going to several other places with no results I feel you truly get what you pay for.

Straight up terrible. I’ve never felt like a place was after my money with zero regard for me quite like this. On one occasion nobody showed up for my virtual appointment, after about 20 minutes I finally decided to call and was told it was a technical issue. The psychiatrist I was scheduled with never reached out in any form and even went on to say “I don’t do the technical stuff so that’s someone else’s job,” when asking about it in person at the next visit. My new therapist genuinely cares about helping me deal with my issues. It almost seemed personal to her. Truly an amazing experience at this facility.
