Miranda Rackers is an amazing therapist. She is always punctual and very flexible, which makes scheduling and attending sessions easy and stress-free. She has a kind heart and is genuinely caring and supportive. She is also very communicative and helpful, making it easy to feel heard and understood. The office staff has been equally wonderful—helpful, communicative, and great at scheduling. I truly can’t recommend this practice enough.

My mom has been going here and sees Rachael Touma and she has been nothing but amazing. Her care and level of kindness that she provides to my mother is impeccable. I was upset yesterday upon posting my review. I was cancelled on 3 times on the same day by the counselor since beginning this. Miranda is a very nice person and I appreciate her attempting to reach out to me this morning. But your rude person whom answered yesterday and immediately started on the $100 fee being applied was adamant it was " policy". So I appreciate the attempt but Lifestance isn't for me. I met with Kristine this week and have met with her multiple times. She is a great counselor. She listens and always seems to have insight into things that I realize are deep down inside me. She continues to help me believe in myself when people try to tear me down. She is one if not the best counselors I have met with and is helping me through triggers and to get past years of abuse. I am so thankful to have found her!
