I have been in therapy for over 20 years. I have also managed companies and maintained human resource positions throughout my career. Lifestance may have a few good remarks but does not even deserve 1 star after what I’ve seen over the course of a few years. After the treatment I have witnessed, the carelessness for patient privacy, the disregard and lack of empathy and sympathy (in a therapy office no less) I implore people to inform this company when they have any type of issue. I love my therapist Lisa’s way of relating to me. She’s so mindful and remembers things in my life, always making sure to loop back on themes in previous sessions. She’s kind and always interested in my well being. I’ve come a long way being her patient over the last year!
Scheduling is always super quick and easy, Dr. Eduard has been a huge help, and everyone who works here seems to be genuinely kind. The suite is a little hard to get to, but once you find it the first time it isn't actually that complicated. Truly love these guys and highly recommend
Lifestance has been an absolute blessing. Scheduling is simple and the availability to zoom with your therapist makes it so convenient. Best mental health I've had in years.
