Scheduling is always super quick and easy, Dr. Eduard has been a huge help, and everyone who works here seems to be genuinely kind. The suite is a little hard to get to, but once you find it the first time it isn't actually that complicated. Truly love these guys and highly recommend
They were both outstanding and understanding I would recommend my therapist my psycho therapist to anyone. Keep up the great work
For a virtual appointment it took 20 min to fill out the paperwork online to even get in to the appointment. Once in for my first appointment my Psychiatrist never showed up. I then had to call them back multiple times to reschedule. Once I did I called 24 hours before that appointment because my work scheduled me for a call during my apt time to which they let me know where would be a $100 fee for cancellation before 48 hours in advance! Dr. Eduard Tsyrulnkov is a great psychiatrist who truly cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond. It really shows in his practice. He is very patient and listens to everything you have to say, while being super effective and efficient.
Tatanya has helped me so much over the time I have been with her. I choose her basically by looking at her photo and profile. She had a kind face, and that was no lie. She cares a lot. And then there is Ashley, in the admin section, without her I don't know what I do. She is caring and always ready to help. She is my go between with myself and Tatanya.
