I think Victoria is great. Sometimes it is difficult to get in touch via the portal, other than that, I find LifeStance effective in it’s approach to health

It’s great to have someone to listen, someone outside your bubble. Having an outlet to discuss things and getting honest feedback. It really helps not letting many issues bottle up inside.

Poor. Good luck with this company. After doing the online form submission it states that you should receive a call in the next 3 business days. Never received a call. I followed up with phone call and left voicemail message. waited 5 business days no one calls you back. Used the directory to worked through to talk to a provider who had to escalate to the director. Initial intake appointment they explained for 5 minutes about there appointment cancellation policy and how you need to give 48 hrs notice or you'll be charged. On my very first session with the counselor. I waited in the virtual waiting room for 15 minutes past my appointment time. I then received a phone call from the office that my counselor called in sick and I wouldn't be having an appointment that day.
