Barry Lewis is an awesome Therapist! He really listens! He always knows just what to say! We always have great sessions! I feel like I'm talking to an old with really good advice! I highly recommend him!
It’s great to have someone to listen, someone outside your bubble. Having an outlet to discuss things and getting honest feedback. It really helps not letting many issues bottle up inside.
Poor. Good luck with this company. After doing the online form submission it states that you should receive a call in the next 3 business days. Never received a call. I followed up with phone call and left voicemail message. waited 5 business days no one calls you back. Used the directory to worked through to talk to a provider who had to escalate to the director. The billing and insurance department is terrible. My visit went through as an out of network claim, I have been unsuccessful with getting any straight answers from the billing or insurance departments. I have called my insurance company myself and they said the claim was submitted wrong and lifestance needs to resubmit it. I can’t get anyone to talk to me about resubmitting the claim despite my many messages and calls. The billing departments calling hours are very inconvenient for anyone working a 9-5.
