I think Victoria is great. Sometimes it is difficult to get in touch via the portal, other than that, I find LifeStance effective in it’s approach to health
My doctor was great, but my therapist was truly appalling. If I left notes in the app for her to read she actually told me she would not read them. Her idea of therapy was handing me a cookbook recipe, then getting pissed when I wouldn't follow it. No changes or adjustments were allowed. When I came into weekly therapy sessions, anything that I posted had to be regurgitated ad nauseam into two or three lines and then just spat out to her. Barry Lewis is an awesome Therapist! He really listens! He always knows just what to say! We always have great sessions! I feel like I'm talking to an old with really good advice! I highly recommend him!
Poor. Good luck with this company. After doing the online form submission it states that you should receive a call in the next 3 business days. Never received a call. I followed up with phone call and left voicemail message. waited 5 business days no one calls you back. Used the directory to worked through to talk to a provider who had to escalate to the director. It’s great to have someone to listen, someone outside your bubble. Having an outlet to discuss things and getting honest feedback. It really helps not letting many issues bottle up inside.
