I waited as long as I could to write this review in hopes there would be a positive change, but it hasn't happened. I personally believe it would be irresponsible of me at this point to not write about my experience. The support I've received through New Heights over the past year has been an absolute godsend. The environment is warm and inviting. The staff are professional and friendly. Seeking help can be an anxiety inducing task, but the New Heights staff will put you at complete ease during the process. The counselors genuinely care about their clients. You will feel heard, understood, and validated. Their staff will help you walk away with insight and tools to accomplish your goals. I highly recommend this location!
New Heights in Plano is an amazing place. It's a very comforting environment with incredible counselors. The staff not only cares well for their clients, but also for being the best they can be for their clients. The staff is so well-trained, well-rounded, welcoming, and professional. My life has been changed since going to New Heights. If you are looking for counseling, this is a perfect place to start!
It seems like no one works at this office, no one answers ever the phone. Messages left and no call back, so since I needed to talk to someone I waited 45 minutes, in 45 minutes no one person pick up that phone, that is unacceptable and unbelievably. I will email you tomorrow morning, I’m still waiting for someone to return my message, an email that I sent, and still haven’t been able to get in touch with my therapist
New Heights was incredible- they are friendly, inviting, and comforting. The counselors have all been excellent listeners and encouragers. My sessions at New Heights taught me more about myself and the world! I am so thankful I discovered New Heights and would recommend their services to anyone seeking services!
