Great feedback on my life and my circumstances. Enjoy my counselor/therapist, Jessica Burrows. Highly recommend her for her guidance, knowledge, and advice. Very understanding and encouraging, as well as supportive.
My booking was very smooth. My first visit left me with hope.
The support I've received through New Heights over the past year has been an absolute godsend. The environment is warm and inviting. The staff are professional and friendly. Seeking help can be an anxiety inducing task, but the New Heights staff will put you at complete ease during the process. The counselors genuinely care about their clients. You will feel heard, understood, and validated. Their staff will help you walk away with insight and tools to accomplish your goals. I highly recommend this location!
They doubled booked my therapist. So, I had to forfeit my appointment.
I waited as long as I could to write this review in hopes there would be a positive change, but it hasn't happened. I personally believe it would be irresponsible of me at this point to not write about my experience.
