Scheduling was super easy, and all the links and forms worked smoothly. I received clear reminders and instructions before my first appointment, and communication was great overall. My insurance covered the visit, and I just paid a small copay before logging on. The only hiccups were that my provider joined the Zoom session a few minutes late and I didn't receive a confirmation email for my follow-up appointment. Otherwise, everything was organized and straightforward — a really good overall experience!

The staff are wonderful people. They listen and make you feel welcomed. The energy, from the waiting room and into the private room is very calming. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs it.

My therapist is awesome! Huge shout out to Kate! The company itself kinda sucks. The billing department has told me wrong information multiple times. Making me do something then waiting then i call back to confirm (4 hours each time waiting for a call back) and they tell Me something completely different about the billing policy. There must be a huge disconnect from employee to employee about how the billing operations work.
