I was on the fence about even keeping my appointment, but I'm so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone made me feel welcome and heard. I came out of my appointment feeling better than going in. I think that is a the sign of a great dr. Thank you. I look forward to my other appointments.
I was really nervous about starting this venture. But everything has been easier than I expected. Easy sign up online and Cheryl is so amazing. I love talking to her already!
My counselor and gave a standing appointment when possible Thursday at 6pm. I book with her only. If it has to be different we discuss that in our session
First provider left Lifestance and my appointment was cancelled. Scheduled with Second provider and that appointment was also cancelled. THIRD provider cancelled scheduled appointment and then didn't show for rescheduled appointment. I waited half an hour in virtual waiting room and didn't receive an email, text, or any notification. Seek care elsewhere. This is unreal.
