I received a bill OVER a year after my initial appointment. My insurance was supposed to fully cover my appointments but apparently, a year later, it didn't. I have called three times over the course of a month asking for help - each time the claim is sent to "escalation" and I never hear back. I have never had any other issues with my insurance elsewhere, so it seems really fishy a year later I am receiving charges.
My therapist here makes me feel so confident about myself and my ability to handle situations. She helps me look at all sides of the problem and helps me hold myself accountable. I look forward to our sessions every week. 10/10 do recommend to all of my friends. I am so thankful for my team from lifestance
I was on the fence about even keeping my appointment, but I'm so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone made me feel welcome and heard. I came out of my appointment feeling better than going in. I think that is a the sign of a great dr. Thank you. I look forward to my other appointments.
Therapist was fantastic. But, if you have to call in office to reschedule or have billing problems, you have to wait. Sometimes for 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
The single most unbelievable experience I never thought I'd get. Id long past given up on therapy , manageable mental health . Doctor's period Now I have hope. A chance. Help . Thanks a bunch.
