I had such a smooth, easy transition with the 2 wonderful receptionists that got me scheduled with my therapist and psychiatrist so well. They were incredibly kind and nice My therapist was an excellent and well respected woman. A true heart and a genuine soul which I admire. Easy to talk to and made me feel like a light human being again in my heavy dark life right now. Great listener and talker. A++

I’ve been seeing Ann Stromberg for the past two years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She’s an incredible therapist who has helped me work through so much and see things in ways that have genuinely changed my life. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, more grounded, and more hopeful. The work she does is amazing. I’m so grateful for her and can’t recommend her highly enough!

Lifestance Health has a smooth booking experience. You receive reminder email/text about your upcoming appointment. Closer to the time, you do a quick pre-check. Ninety minutes before your appointment, you verify your birthdate and insurance; about once a month there’s a short survey to gauge how you are feeling, e.g. anxiety, sleep and focus issues, and the like. Your therapist reviews this with you.
