My therapist Patty was preachy and used inappropriate self disclosure in the intake session(I'm a therapist so I know what isn't appropriate). I felt like she wasn't really listening, but I promised I'd give her another try. On my second appointment, I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes past the scheduled time before I gave up and went home. As I left, I happened to see Patty through her open blinds, playing a puzzle game. Highly unprofessional, I have no idea how this woman got her license.
The absolute best therapists, backed by the most incompetent billing team imaginable. These math wizards are unable to properly apply payments to the correct accounts. Even after multiple calls to resolve their mismanagement, they continue to grossly misapply payments. We check in and pay each and every appointment, yet somehow this company is unable to perform basic accounting. Seek help elsewhere. Check the Better Business Bureau reviews on their HQ in Scottsdale, AZ for further horror stories.
They matched me perfectly with a therapist! Only 2 sessions in and ground has been broken and progress forward has been achieved. Idk about all of their therapists on staff seeing as in I've only had the one, but I'd say definitely give this place a chance if you fund yourself in need if therapy. !!!!! Oh and the booking an appointment is so simple and not at all a bit stressful and I have severe anxiety and it triggered no panic or anxiety attacks ir events. Super easy!
I've been matched with the perfect therapist. It takes time to determine whether a good fit. My only complaint is being hounded for reviews- especially before I've had time to really evaluate
