Love LifeStance. Have had 2 therapists over 3 years and they have been superb. The billing has been great - even when there was a blip we got it worked out without me having too much anxiety. I never have none. Lol 😂 and when my first therapist went in early maternity leave and the one she recommended didn’t take my insurance they found me one that did and she is marvelous. We love Lifestance. The customer service is always so friendly and welcoming. Patty is a great therapist, who is always so heartfelt and sympathetic.

My therapist Patty was preachy and used inappropriate self disclosure in the intake session(I'm a therapist so I know what isn't appropriate). I felt like she wasn't really listening, but I promised I'd give her another try. On my second appointment, I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes past the scheduled time before I gave up and went home. As I left, I happened to see Patty through her open blinds, playing a puzzle game. Highly unprofessional, I have no idea how this woman got her license.

They matched me perfectly with a therapist! Only 2 sessions in and ground has been broken and progress forward has been achieved. Idk about all of their therapists on staff seeing as in I've only had the one, but I'd say definitely give this place a chance if you fund yourself in need if therapy. !!!!! Oh and the booking an appointment is so simple and not at all a bit stressful and I have severe anxiety and it triggered no panic or anxiety attacks ir events. Super easy!
