My therapist and the customer service teams I have spoken with are great The booking and appointment login process is horrible. Each appointment I am required to confirm. Then in have to register then go through screen after screen of questions I have already answered to access my appointment day of. I made the mistake of registering for an appointment after confirming, going through the screens, then had to do it again the day of my appointment. Hard to get appointments. The 48 hour cancelation policy is VERY unforgiving. Even if you have a family emergency. $70 if you cancel after 48 hrs before your appointment. I had emergency and was 20 minutes past the 48 hrs. Life happens but these people don't understand that. 2 days before your appt who knows what can happen. Billing is a joke. Know one can tell you how much or even an estimate of what you'll pay. Don't waste your time here. They're hourly rate is exorbitant anyway. I'll never go back.
Making an appointment is easy. Receive plenty of reminders. And Trinity Nix is awesome. I seem to always leave feeling uplifted and she hit the nail on the head with my goal / reason for seeking counseling.
Therapist was good but their billing system will make you need more therapy.
Marcia is a sweetheart. I always feel relaxed and content at the end of our session.
