This entire process was so incredibly easy and helpful for me in particular, I'm not so good at these kinda details when it comes to Dr appointments and my follow through needs some improvement however, this pre-visit process was smooth, quick and effective. Im happy to say I'm thankful for going to therapy, because it has helped me in so many ways. Most importantly it has helped me grow, by making changes to help me make better life choices for myself and my family. Had my Initial session with Franklin Binder today and I am impressed. The onboard experience with Lifestance was seamless and all contacts with staff have been pleasant and kind. I felt like every person has been compassionate and competent. My situation has required me to get therapy for the past 25 years and I feel like I found a great opportunity here with Lifestance to really get some positive work done with therapy.
I deal directly with my therapist when booking my next appointment. When we finish a session we schedule our next Zoom session before we exit. Super easy and convenient.
The provider is able to schedule me for appointments when I need them and around my schedule. However this new system about logging in to get to the appointment is horrible, I used to just click a button and I was in now it's a chore
