I'm new, but so far it's been a positive experience. UPDATE: Sadly, I stopped going there. The office is part of a larger scale network of providers and that is the problem. They have a call center type phone system for ALL of the clinics together, and the messages aren't bein sent/accepted. I cancelled an appointment, was reassured I would not incur additional fees, then I called to say I could make the appointment after all, and was assured that the appointment was still mine. My provider is wonderful. Lifestance administrative personnel are not patient friendly. Their administration repeatedly makes changes that do not benefit the patient. Their admins want to call you and tell you that you have to use their new procedures. They made it clear a lot of patients don’t want to use that system. Their new system isn’t a simple as check-in. I truly hope no one else has the experience I had with this provider. My first appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I then called to make a new appointment (as I was not able to reschedule online). 5 minutes into this new appointment, both the provider and I realize they sent me to a therapist instead of (the asked for) psychologist. Setting appointments are simple and appointments are timely. Counselor is very professional and listens well. Counselor discusses plan of action thoroughly. I’m well pleased with LifeStance services.

I had a really terrible experience here. I’ve never sought out Psychiatric assistance before my appointment with LifeStance and I’m severely disappointed by my treatment. I expected an even handed assessment of my personal lived experience, possible diagnosis, and medication based specifically on that diagnosis. My provider, Enyang Etengeneng, was deeply alienating.
