I'm new, but so far it's been a positive experience. UPDATE: Sadly, I stopped going there. The office is part of a larger scale network of providers and that is the problem. They have a call center type phone system for ALL of the clinics together, and the messages aren't bein sent/accepted. My provider is wonderful. Lifestance administrative personnel are not patient friendly. Their administration repeatedly makes changes that do not benefit the patient. Their admins want to call you and tell you that you have to use their new procedures. They made it clear a lot of patients don’t want to use that system. Their new system isn’t a simple as check-in. My spouse went here for her psychiatrist needs. After being bounced around from person to person for several years, she ended up with an RN who did not listen and verbally berated her for requesting the help she has already been getting previously from this office. I am extremely upset at this treatment and the complete lack of professionalism from this individual. I cannot speak to the rest of the staff.

I truly hope no one else has the experience I had with this provider. My first appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I then called to make a new appointment (as I was not able to reschedule online). 5 minutes into this new appointment, both the provider and I realize they sent me to a therapist instead of (the asked for) psychologist.
