I had been struggling with the loss of my matriarch in 08/22. I knew loss was inevitable, but the way I found out was not healthy. Good to know when you need help they are not here for you. Please choose better than this place. Called a week ago after my evaluation and still no callback?? It took me 25min just to get a live person on the phone and when they tell you they are calling you right back after they speak with the therapists......... nothing, no call back, no email, zero follow-up. Thanks LifeStance for making me work for help and not following up. I do not recommend!
I suffer with ADHD, and I was really wanting to see if I could get help with some of my BPD symptoms I've been experiencing. Unfortunately I made the awful decision of trying to do it as soon as I can to do an online appointment to see what I could do to get treated. I definitely messed up and missed my appointment, however the cost of missing an appointment was 90$! I would like to share my recent experience regarding the care I received. As noted in my background, I have conducted research on human subjects, at the for the University of Michigan, and I consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable. Despite this, I approached my interactions with the therapist and nurse practitioner with an open mind and a willingness to make the best of the situation. Wish I could give 0 stars. This place is an absolute joke when it comes to care. I accidentally scheduled with them a 2nd time, and Joseph Montgommery just straight up won't answer my telehealth call. I was in his waiting room for 30 minutes and he THEN texted me through the portal after out time had passed and told me he didn't see me in the waiting room.
