Staff was absolutely respectful and helpful as well as quick and efficient . Would recommend lifestance for anyone with any type of mental health issues , my experience has been nothing but pleasant
I have mixed feelings about this SCS location. My psychiatry appointments are always only 30 min & she only remembers half of what I tell her each session. Constantly feel rushed & interrupted. Been seeing her for over 8 months now. Recently, I had paperwork for her to fill out & fax over but there was no receptionist to fax it so I had to wait several days (when I had time) to drive 30 min to hope someone has there to fax it because I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone! Dr. Johnson is great! She is always on time and very efficient whether I see her in the office or through telehealth. She orders my prescription refills at the end of the appointment.
My therapist has been great at meeting my needs. He has adjusted between in-person and tele for appointments.
I enjoyed my time with Kristina Muhu. She was thorough with my first appointment. I feel very comfortable.
