I had been struggling with the loss of my matriarch in 08/22. I knew loss was inevitable, but the way I found out was not healthy. I visited Lifestance for grief counseling after I lost my dad. The staff members encountered were friendly and professional. Appointment scheduling was easy. Office was clean and the environment was calming and spacious.I have no concerns at this time and would recommend.
Great physician and therapist but the billing staff are literally stupid. And then they don’t take my new insurance so they just kicked me out. No referral where to go to get my meds and continued care. This clinic is gross. Do not start your care here.
If you are in need of a compassionate, attentive and professional provider then LifeStance is not for you. Tamiko Rice was always 15 minutes late and spent the majority of time shouting at her dog or speaking to office staff member MJ during my appointment. She would tell me that she’d send my RX to the pharmacy and without fail would either send the incorrect one or not at all.
