I would give zero stars if possible. Please avoid Lifestance at all costs. They will slip in extra charges with no explanation. There is no communication between any of the departments. Scheduling an appointment or having any questions answered is a nightmare. You will be on the phone for hours and never receive a response after being hung up on. It is impossible to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and you will be charged for their negligence. Save you money, time, and health. DO NOT CHOOSE LIFESTANCE
I would give them 0 if possible. I called to get my medical records, and they said that the facility does not have any access to medical records. Patient portal does not have medical records, only useless information. I asked if I can get a printed copy from a doctor, to which they said doctor's don't have access to my medical records. They recommended me to contact the DataVant. I tried online to get medical record, however, datavant didn't send me authorization form. What a great experience. Went in on a Saturday afternoon. The Doctor and the Nurse was just awesome. Thank you taking care of me. And thank you for the follow up call Sunday morning
The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. When I called for help logging into the patient portal, they didn’t know what to do or who to contact. I still can’t access it two weeks later. I asked if she would give my therapist a message and she said no I would have to log in the portal to ask. I was like well… how can I do that if I can’t log in?? The website has no contact info, and no one could guide me. My first appointment was good but at my 2nd appointment, the psychiatrist seemed unprepared and rushed. She sugg... read more
Horrific billing practices and disorganized. Told I would have a $150 cancellation fee waived and then was forced to pay it to get the link for my telepath appointment. When calling their billing department they left me on hold for 30 minutes. They are disorganized and didn’t communicate with my nurse practitioner about my referrals and then barraged my phone with several texts that I had to call to place my referrals. These guys just want your money and don’t care about you.
