I was Amazed at the beauty of peace in the atmosphere of the office. The staff was polite and courteous. The Session was intriguing. Not anything portrayed in movies, quiet different meaning liberating for the brain. Ms. Rainey, conducted a session which displayed patiense and care I would recommend to everyone, to experience speaking to a counselor if you haven't before. There is so many levels of this facility that deserve 5 stars! The front desk staff is welcoming and always willing to help someone confused by the app. Most importantly Hai Trinh, is the best thing to ever happen to my life. If your looking for a Dr to understand the weight of your profession, family life and an overall look at everything. He is your guy!!! He is always willing to hear me out! 5 stars goes to my NP Sandrine Motokwa Ntsang. She’s very knowledgeable about medications that she believes is right for you. I’ve asked questions from recommendations and she explained everything to why something wouldn’t be right for me or what’s a better option. She’s easy to talk to no matter what it may be. She is the first that has ever shown concern when I felt something wrong. Thank you!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The lack of professionalism and competence here is shocking, especially for a mental health practice. As a new patient, this was my first impression. I waited over 15 minutes for Monica Jackson to join our Zoom appointment and she never did, yet the appointment was later marked as a no show on my end. When I called, it took 10 minutes just to get past the AI and reach someone. Miles spoke to me for less than a minute before transferring me to billing. Money Hungry company! I had an appointment on Wednesday, and today (MONDAY) I tried to RESCHEDULE and they said it be 150 fee to do so. Because I would have to cancel today before 10 am. I totally understand Dr offices having the policy about cancelations but this is extreme and pretty uncaring for a mental health company. Now I'm going to have to find a new therapist and Psychiatrists because I can't afford to pay them. I really thought they cared but I'm unfortunately mistaken.
