The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. When I called for help logging into the patient portal, they didn’t know what to do or who to contact. I still can’t access it two weeks later. I asked if she would give my therapist a message and she said no I would have to log in the portal to ask. I was like well… how can I do that if I can’t log in?? Sonia is the best! I feel like I’m making good progress. I’ve have tried other places but didn’t feel like it helped. Sonia has definitely helped others can actually tell I’m doing better!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with LifeStance Health—particularly the location off SH 249—has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, their practices have been disorganized, unethical, and unprofessional. If you value quality care, I strongly urge you to seek help elsewhere. Dr. Afolabi was especially concerning. The office staff at Lifestance is unacceptable. They scheduled an appointment with me on a holiday and when I showed up, I learned they were closed. Annoying, but fine. Then I see I've been charged a no-show fee for this appointment! When I reached out to them, they told me the charge would be removed, yet for months afterward I was receiving statements saying I still owed the fee. Horrific billing practices and disorganized. Told I would have a $150 cancellation fee waived and then was forced to pay it to get the link for my telepath appointment. When calling their billing department they left me on hold for 30 minutes. They are disorganized and didn’t communicate with my nurse practitioner about my referrals and then barraged my phone with several texts that I had to call to place my referrals. These guys just want your money and don’t care about you.
