Dr. Sandrine Motokwa is an excellent doctor, she took the time to listen to my concerns and provide thorough explanations of my medical conditions. I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. However, she typically prescribes medications on a 30-day basis instead of 90-day ,which means I have to visit the pharmacy every month to refill my prescriptions. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This clinic is very MONEY HUNGRY. They mis-scheduled my appointment, claiming it was set for a different time than what I had in my text confirmation. Despite their mistake, they informed me that I might be charged a $150 fee for a missed appointment that was not my fault. Additionally, I arrived less than 10 minutes late for another appointment, well within a reasonable grace period, yet they still charged me the full $150 late fee—an entirely unreasonable policy. My therapist is so easy to talk to. She doesn't judge me. I need someone I can trust and I trust her. My psychiatrist is very thorough and patient with my needs and makes adjustments slowly which I appreciate

I came to LifeStance with a prior ADHD diagnosis, but getting proper treatment here has been a nightmare. I’ve had to jump through endless hoops to get medication, including frequent, unnecessary visits. They can’t even diagnose ADHD themselves, and I’m being pressured into trying anxiety or depression meds that I don’t need. To make matters worse, my last appointment was barely five minutes long, accomplished nothing, yet I was still charged a full copay. I’ve been with Lifestance for a few months now. My first Dr. was amazing, always refilled my prescriptions quickly and on time (super important for controlled medications that you must manually request a refill for each and every month). I moved and was placed under a different Dr.’s care. I also really like this doctor but have almost immediately run into issues with getting my medications filled on time.
