I was Amazed at the beauty of peace in the atmosphere of the office. The staff was polite and courteous. The Session was intriguing. Not anything portrayed in movies, quiet different meaning liberating for the brain. Ms. Rainey, conducted a session which displayed patiense and care I would recommend to everyone, to experience speaking to a counselor if you haven't before. Dr. B is an amazing psychiatrist!! He is a great listener and actually cares about his patients. I highly recommend him. Also very professional too. Everything is done right and I dont have to worry about anything.
I truly like my psyciatic nurse practitioner. However the billing department leaves much to be desired. According to my insurance I do not have a copay. I have made numerous calls to both my provider and they always verify that I have no copay. I just phoned life stance again and the person argued with me saying I had a copay. They never check with my provider about this and assume that just because my card says there is a fee for specialists that doesn't apply to psychiatric services. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Bilal Jilani. He is always very patient when listening to what I have to say. I appreciate the acknowledgment and validation I receive when describing my frustrations with past experiences. He allows me to advocate for myself with no medical gas-lighting which I unfortunately receive a lot from other practitioners.
