I score 1 star because they’re billing department will not respond after 2 more times asking them to reverse my payment that they’re site took by mistake. I was trying to make a $50 payment and the site took my complete bill of over $1,100. I asked them to return or reverse the money. I was told it would take 2-3 days. Then told they would notify operations manager and it could take longer. That was last week, Friday before Easter. Had the worst experience talking to someone here. Maria Metry....so ready to give a me a Lable....My trust is shaky, but she instilled in me not want to trust anyone here. I had a psychiatrist put me on medicine for over 30 years and i lived successfully until the "opiate crisis". Before even asking anything or setting up the appointment, they required my credit card. Would not even let me know if you are accepting new patients. No info given until I gave my credit card. No cash accepted. This place REQUIRES INSURANCE AND A CREDIT CARD TO EVEN MAKE AN APPT. That says exactly what they care about.
