Tyra at the front desk is so amazing! Not only does she have such a cute keyboard and set up and ALWAYS great nails, she is KIND and SO organized and professional. Shes always ready to help and get things figured out in a swift and efficient manner
I did quite a bit of research before deciding to try Brynn. She has exceeded my hopes to find a therapist to help me sort thru several difficult issues, some from childhood thru some that recently cropped up. The practice is easy to navigate from the parking lot to the calm atmosphere to the privacy their space assures. I'd give more stars if I could!
I had my first appointment with Jonathan Wagner last month He asked why I was there and I explained that I've had a lot of physical health issues that have kept me from working for the past months and I want to get more aligned with the connections between my mind and body and wanted to try biofeedback. The only reason they are getting one star is because I absolutely love my provider and followed her here.. the clinic has nothing to do with acquiring me and I would have not come to this place if it wasn't for my provider moving here. They have messed up my insurance I don't know how many times and canceled I dont know how many appts via messenger without calling me to see if it's ok. They once cancelled my appt and said I need to find services elsewhere because my insurance isn't in network, this is after I told them over ... read more
I absolutely love my therapist, Cindy Her. She is so kind and warm-hearted, she’s so understanding and will be able to help you talk through anything. I HIGHLY recommend LifeStance. You can choose how to do your appointments; on zoom or in person. It doesn’t get any better than this place!
