I had my first appointment with Jonathan Wagner last month He asked why I was there and I explained that I've had a lot of physical health issues that have kept me from working for the past months and I want to get more aligned with the connections between my mind and body and wanted to try biofeedback. He asked me one or two questions about my family, then told me a variety of stories about his own life and health that didn't connect back to me at all. Cindy Her is a caring and compassionate therapist. She is insightful, professional and nonjudgemental. I feel very comfortable sharing information with her and find her reflective communication style calming and helpful in managing my stress. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a great therapist!
I absolutely love my therapist, Cindy Her. She is so kind and warm-hearted, she’s so understanding and will be able to help you talk through anything. I HIGHLY recommend LifeStance. You can choose how to do your appointments; on zoom or in person. It doesn’t get any better than this place!

The person that I see Maria Metry Is so fantastic. She has everything you need in a person that you need to talk to explain what’s going on with you. She has a love the compassion, the empathy, the patience and she helped me so much. I’ve only seen her twice, but I will be sticking with this lady for a long time my experience was fantastic.
