I have been trying to find a Psychiatrist to ween me of Klonopin the proper way and take over all my psychiatric medications. Some previous ones have denied me because they don't prescribe benzodiazepines. This Psychiatrist from LifeStance is taking me on. She very knowledgeable and we are trying a method that John Hopkins and the Mayo Clinic has done. I'm very excited, and even though it could take a year or more I am very pleased. I’ve found Dr. Linh Nguyen De Castro to be very personable and relatable. She listens, shows real empathy, and makes it easy to bring up any questions or concerns. She’s down to earth and easy to talk to.

My medication doctor knows my medications and meds I have taken in the past, and what reaction I had to them. She also understands my mental health and takes it all into consideration. Cindy Her is the best!

Always willing to make the time if they can. All other places I tried for a first time appointment was months and months out. They were able to see me quickly and follow up are always set before the end of the current appointment.
