Relationship as a Patient/Therapist with Andrew started out great, and has continued to strengthen with additional visits. I would highly recommend Andrew Capone, if you looking for a Therapist with Great Listening Skills, Ability to remember past conversations (so you’re not constantly repeating yourself, and someone with a more Collaborative (versus a dictatorial, which has been a problem for me in the past) approach to Counseling. I absolutely love my LifeStance Therapist. We have a very high level of rapport with each other. This combined with the comfort of your own surroundings makes for a very conducive environment to tackle what can sometimes be tough issues in therapy. Choosing a course of therapy through LifeStance is one of the best personal decisions I've ever made.

I think my therapist has helped me improve my attitude and to have greater functionality in life. I HATE the frequent texts and emails sent as reminders or needing to confirm multiple times that I will keep my appointment.
