Their check-in process is appalling. - They send a text reminder, an email reminder AND do a call reminder for your appointment. I did not sign up for any of that, and the calling is way over the top. - When you try to check-in from your email reminder, you are taken through a list of "standard" check-in questions that are incredibly excessive. This company is top notch. I have used them several times and they have never let me down. All the staff, from the guy who takes your request to the drivers who pick up your vehicle are always professional, courteous and most importantly personable. If you want your vehicle transported this is the company you want to go with!!

This is a great company with really good psychiatrists. I can't see enough about mine and the fact that you can do it remotely is incredible so you don't have to settle on ones that are in town that you don't like so it's really it's a really great thing. Thanks, lifestance

They were great until they got rid of my black female therapist of three years and tried to spring that knowledge on me with no preparation. Like it wasn't something serious. And...even had the hubris to think I was just going to take on some new random person. No thank you. Thanks for getting rid of the one person that was helping at the most inopportune time in my life.
