They were great until they got rid of my black female therapist of three years and tried to spring that knowledge on me with no preparation. Like it wasn't something serious. And...even had the hubris to think I was just going to take on some new random person. No thank you. Thanks for getting rid of the one person that was helping at the most inopportune time in my life.
I've so far had an extremely positive experience with Lifestance, and particularly my provider, Dr. Liu. Dr. Liu seems to genuinely care, speaks to me like an adult, and actually listens. I am very grateful to be her patient. If you read this, thank you Dr. Liu!
