I want to be clear… I REALLY like my psychiatrist. She is great. But this place as a business really frustrates me. I have good insurance and I STILL pay over 300 for a telehealth visit. If you have billing questions or need assistance with your prescriptions they give you a number to call but you WILL NOT EVER get a human being to answer, an automated message sends you back to the customer portal that you just came from. I have been overwhelmed and trying to get my mental health in order. Was excited when I found a black woman provider. I left the meeting in tears. I thought I was going to be able to speak to someone about what I was going through, yet PHEOBE was dismissive and down right fraudulent. Not only did she spend less than 5 mins on the call, but all she did was explain to me the process (which I already knew) then quickly ended the call. She couldn’t get off the call fast enough! My psychiatrist is very easy to talk to and understanding when it comes to the things I have been through. She works with me on trying to find out what will work best to manage my symptoms. I recommend this clinic.
The NP I work with through LifeStance is great. She really cares and has made my life a lot better. I would recommend LifeStance to anyone.
This office was very friendly and my provider for initial consultation was very understanding of concerns as well as questions, also allowing my s/o to help me explain day to day insights and challenges.
