Straight forward booking process! I really appreciated the ability to look through staff profiles, with their location and availability listed as well. I liked that I could take my time reviewing clinicians and look at it in the evening or on weekends. Overall, a very positive booking and intake process! Would highly recommend.

Jacqueline does an excellent job. She’s relatable, knowledgeable, pleasant to converse with and is a good listener. Her medication knowledge is superb, and she not only makes sure her recommend medications and dosages will best support you, but that you are comfortable with her approach. I’ve been to a few other psychologists and she’s definitely one of the good ones.

Initial Spravato treatment planning was a nightmare. From intake to first session, it took a month and considering my active Spravato treatment from a different provider that prompted a transition of care- this was inexcusable and the clinic did accept responsibility for their indirect delay of care and emotional distress coordinating this caused me. If you have been searching for mental health care for awhile with no luck. Look no further, Lifestance is your place!! I've been through plenty of providers and I've been with Lifestance for a couple years now and it's been the best service I've had since I was 12, and I'm now 29 They treat your like an individual and, it's very person centered.
