Straight forward booking process! I really appreciated the ability to look through staff profiles, with their location and availability listed as well. I liked that I could take my time reviewing clinicians and look at it in the evening or on weekends. Overall, a very positive booking and intake process! Would highly recommend.
Jacqueline does an excellent job. She’s relatable, knowledgeable, pleasant to converse with and is a good listener. Her medication knowledge is superb, and she not only makes sure her recommend medications and dosages will best support you, but that you are comfortable with her approach. I’ve been to a few other psychologists and she’s definitely one of the good ones.
LifeStance is a wonderful organization for those in need of their services. St. Louis Park is the one I participate with. There is flexible scheduling. Good hours and most all insurances are accepted as well as Financial Assistance available to those who qualify. My provider, Jacqueline Cooper is qualified, competent, professional, caring and compassionate, she is sympathetic to my needs and has worked to meet my needs for growth and development. I've been through plenty of providers and I've been with Lifestance for a couple years now and it's been the best service I've had since I was 12, and I'm now 29 They treat your like an individual and, it's very person centered.
