My experience with securing professional help, booking appointments, and accessing information on the portal was very unpleasant so far. As a new client. I booked an appointment with a therapist I selected based on his experience. After waiting for the first available time almost two weeks, I was not able to locate the link for online sessions in time and was 15 min late trying to call the office. Our Therapist Nidhi provides a very comfortable safe space for my husband and I to communicate and work on concerns. We both really enjoy the sessions.
My psychiatrist Crystal is amazing, she’s always checking if my medication is right, and how I’m feeling and isn’t afraid to change them up if something is wrong, she genuinely cares about her patients and they’re wellbeing 😊 couldn’t have asked for a better psychiatrist!
Made an appointment with Israil Steen and they said they’re open on Saturday. I have a confirmation text and email. I showed up and the doors are locked no one’s here and nobody is picking up the phone. This is highly unprofessional. I even tried joining the portal session to see if it was changed to virtual but it was not. Nobody answered. Very frustrating and disappointing. They already took my copay amount as well. Will be needing a refund.
reception was excellent with expedient and efficient service and actual sessions have been great with good thoughts, feedback and insight.
