I had my first appointment with Clair Oja via Telehealth today. She took the time to ask questions and get to know me before deciding what course of action to take. I appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the appointment turn around time, and how comfortable it was talking to Clair.

I have had great experiences with Jenna Grimm! She truly listens and collaborates with you, rather than treating you like a case study. As a PMHNP, she’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and stays up-to-date with current research. I would give Jenna 5 stars without hesitation. However, my low rating reflects LifeStance as a company. The front desk is virtually nonexistent when it comes to support, and the billing department is just as unresponsive.
