I had my first appointment with Clair Oja via Telehealth today. She took the time to ask questions and get to know me before deciding what course of action to take. I appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the appointment turn around time, and how comfortable it was talking to Clair.

I have had great experiences with Jenna Grimm! She truly listens and collaborates with you, rather than treating you like a case study. As a PMHNP, she’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and stays up-to-date with current research. I would give Jenna 5 stars without hesitation. However, my low rating reflects LifeStance as a company. The front desk is virtually nonexistent when it comes to support, and the billing department is just as unresponsive. I really like Yvette Zbaze. She listens and gives nice support in addition to being competent in prescribing. However, the website and EHI system is always sending me notices to complete forms I've completed many times and I have to go through a long process of check in that is annoying, to be honest. The systems needs to be streamlines and glitches fixed!
