My experience with securing professional help, booking appointments, and accessing information on the portal was very unpleasant so far. As a new client. I booked an appointment with a therapist I selected based on his experience. After waiting for the first available time almost two weeks, I was not able to locate the link for online sessions in time and was 15 min late trying to call the office. My psychiatrist Crystal is amazing, she’s always checking if my medication is right, and how I’m feeling and isn’t afraid to change them up if something is wrong, she genuinely cares about her patients and they’re wellbeing 😊 couldn’t have asked for a better psychiatrist!
Our Therapist Nidhi provides a very comfortable safe space for my husband and I to communicate and work on concerns. We both really enjoy the sessions.
