My experience with securing professional help, booking appointments, and accessing information on the portal was very unpleasant so far. As a new client. I booked an appointment with a therapist I selected based on his experience. After waiting for the first available time almost two weeks, I was not able to locate the link for online sessions in time and was 15 min late trying to call the office.
