My experience with securing professional help, booking appointments, and accessing information on the portal was very unpleasant so far. As a new client. I booked an appointment with a therapist I selected based on his experience. I had my first appointment with Clair Oja via Telehealth today. She took the time to ask questions and get to know me before deciding what course of action to take. I appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the appointment turn around time, and how comfortable it was talking to Clair.

This practice was recommended to me by a friend. I was very optimistic about it. However, I just got to realize how into revenue and uninterested in their patients they are. A month ago, we went to them in distress about our concerns that our existing medical regime from another practice is not adequately managing our issues.
