I receive psychiatric medical management services from Katherine Watson, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for LifeStance in East Lansing, Michigan. She is first rate and I highly recommend her! In more than 30 years' experience with this branch of the medical profession, Katherine was the first practitioner (of any kind) who was a good fit from the beginning. My experience with her just keeps getting better!
The set-up and everything before the appointment were very tedious and inconvenient. They only offer video visits that require tech knowledge that my 77 year-old dad doesn't have. Once we connected with Dr. Mackey, the appointment was great. He was professional, compassionate and able to communicate clearly.
My therapist was amazing and helped me so much! But LifeStance's billing system is so atrocious, misleading, and so difficult to contact that it's not worth the trouble. I was overcharged by $500 and though it was resolved, I had to go through my bank to dispute the claim, and payments I had already made weren't showing up in the Patient Portal. Dr.Kent is amazing she makes me feel so comfortable and she is very easy to talk to. She really understands me. I would recommend her to anyone.
I love Dr Catherine Watson she is amazing and I love that we can have our appointments over line it's hard for me to get out and it's been a great help for my mental health thank you so much for offering this to people so needed this back in America mental health is just as important as physical health
