Spoke to someone once and they were supposed to set me up with a therapist but never did. They told me a therapist would be contacting me in a week. I didn’t hear anything from them for months until out of nowhere I received a second bill via email even though I never spoke with a therapist. I tried to get the bill removed by explaining what happened but they refused. Doesn’t seem like they are very concerned about the mental wellbeing of their potential clients. Terrible, wish I could give 0 stars. Over the course of a month I had 2 zoom appointments and on the day of both appointments I try and join and find out that they messed up the scheduling and either cancelled the appointment or put it on the wrong day/time. They will apologize but not accommodate you for their mistakes and both times said you can be seen in 3 weeks but then mess up again. Do not go here unless you are okay with being cancelled on.

This place is trying to charge me HUNDREDS of dollars for services that they confirmed were covered by my insurance before I accepted the services. They've confirmed that my insurance is accepted, and it should cover everything, yet they're still trying to charge me. I've been dealing with this all year, and every time I speak with anyone, they confirm, I AM CORRECT AND SHOULD NOT HAVE A BILL, but they're still not doing anything, lol. Both of my experiences w/ my psychiatrist and my counselor have been great. They are both EXCELLENT. They both have phenomenal bedside manners; they are great listeners and are empathetic. I am very pleased with both so far, and consider myself extremely lucky to have not only one, but two mental health experts to help me.

Back in January I was returning to therapy and had an appointment that was supposed to be 100% covered by my insurance. My insurance has confirmed that, and so did LifeStance. They told me to wait up to 8 weeks to resubmit the billing. I waited that 8 weeks and to my surprise when I called back to check nobody had resubmitted anything and I was told I needed to wait another 8 weeks.
