Dr. Wendy Cohen has been helping me since I became disabled with severe pain in many places and then a host of many serious health problems. I honestly do not know what I would do without her. She is very professional, attentive, caring and goes above and beyond the call of duty consistently. She is honest and just seems to always know the right questions to ask and the right things to say. She genuinely cares for her patients. You are very blessed to have her. We all are.

Doesn't seem like intake knows the doctors well. Set 2 appointments, first did not happen as Dr was no longer taking patients since they were leaving practice. Second appt was 10 min as Dr explained our reason for visit was not their practice focus therefore they could not help us. Schedulers tried to set 3rd appointment but did not have a local provider with in person appointments, which was a requirement from beginning. In my opinion LifeStance "efficiency" equals disconnected service.

Terrible billing dept. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone waiting hours on hold and they will not return your call if you try to hold your spot in the queue. When you do get through to someone that doesn’t know what they’re talking about they offer to have a manager call you back. That never happens even after being told that 4+ times by different people. They are incompetent at filing a claim correctly and are trying to draw the full amount directly from my bank account instead of filing it through my insurance. Th... read more

Both of my kids have been to this group and both of them have received poor to unsatisfactory results trying to clear up billing concerns. Make yourselves more accessible to service your clients instead of debiting their accounts without prior authorization. A callback service in not caring for your clients. Beware if you choose to use their services!
