I have had a miserable time with this company. Stay far away. I showed up for an early morning appointment. My first appointment. There was no receptionist, the intake desk was dark. No one ever came to the lobby to get me. I waited 40 minutes and finally left to continue with my day. I have called repeatedly. I have left multiple notes on my account. Great place for therapy, been coming here for over a year now, and my therapist is amazing! Booking an appointment is easy, fast and reliable. Keesha Anderson has been my therapist for over a year and has been a godsend and has helped me through my darkest hours and lowest points in my life, she’s simply amazing!

I don't recommend this company. Go for a smaller operation. I was charged nearly $400 for a single telehealth appointment and received repeated emails about a balance on my account. When I attempted numerous times to contact the office, I was unable to reach anyone in the same country as me. Edit: I appreciate the team reaching out to me AFTER the debt was already referred to collections and was damaging my credit. My session was very good and straightforward. My counselor Keesha was very thorough and professional. The zoom link work flawlessly. Overall great experience.
