Great place for therapy, been coming here for over a year now, and my therapist is amazing! Booking an appointment is easy, fast and reliable. Keesha Anderson has been my therapist for over a year and has been a godsend and has helped me through my darkest hours and lowest points in my life, she’s simply amazing!
They don't have any psychiatrist available in my area. No estimates for when availability will change or even a suggestion where else to get help. Why be in this business with "psychiatrists" in your business name and not actually have any actually available? Lame.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. We booked an appointment. After booking the appointment I was asked to call back to confirm insurance. I told the receptionist it was self pay. She then told me they dont accept self pay. The receptionist was rude and and really could care less about the customer. She then said she didn't want to deal with it and would tell her supervisor jeanna adams to give me a call. Of course jeanna adams or anybody else never returned my call. Its a total scam organization.

I was Scheduled for a telehealth visit on July 9 at 3 PM. I went through the pre-registration process the day before. Per the email I should have received a link to the visit 30 minutes prior to the visit. I never did. I tried calling the office and directly to the person I was to have the visit with and it was not until after 4 PM that I received a call back from someone in the office.
