The worst place! I've been trying to get an appointment since August, and I've had four appointments already, and none of them have worked out. The first time, they left me waiting, and the doctor never showed up. The subsequent appointments were a waste of time because none of the staff spoke Spanish, which is what I needed and what I specifically requested. Have been helped to relieve my anxiety and long term depression by Stephanie for almost a year. I have tried to find help in the past but never was able to find someone who really listened before. Stephanie has offered support and understanding in a quiet atmosphere that has allowed me to be more accepting of my past and my current situations. I am very grateful for the help I continue to receive.
Scheduling my appt was easy. I received reminders of my appointment that included instructions to attend my session. My appointment was very helpful. I will recommend LifeStance to my friends and family.
I've seen therapist throughout my life, but when I met Stephanie, the therapist I'm seeing now is amazing! I highly recommend this office/ group of dr.s and therapist to those who are struggling with everything and anything...if I could add more stars I'd rate the highest possible..
Dr Francis is very knowledgeable and provides the best treatment for your need. She listens to patients problem and find the best possible solution. I am very happy and recovering with her treatment. Thank you
