I've been a patient for over 5 years. Ive been thru some real heavy stuff with my provider with medication management. She has stood by me every step of the way while we figure this out. She's kind and compassionate, understanding and empathetic. She understands why I'm frustrated and when I feel hopeless. She works hard even after hours and weekends responding to my questions or issues. I often wonder how she does it being so available. I can't be the only patient with needs. I am seeing a great provider in Lifestance! She listens attentively and gives great feedback. Before her, I was seeing a male provider who was good, too! I am happy with Lifestance.
I am feeling so much better! I have been on medication management for one year and 6 months and I have to stay with LifeStance because my clinician doesn't need to "get me". She is very kind and she knows what to do when I needed her to refill my medicine it was already ready for me. Having said that, please know that LifeStance is really a life changer for me and myself. Take care of yourself is what I was told. Thank you LifeStance!

This company is so incompetent. I not only recieved SOMEONE ELSE'S information when I requested my own files for my GP but every time I've attempted to interact with either a human being or get on an appointment with my provider there is nothing but issues. I went in to the office in person once and was WALKED PAST by 3 people who just looked at me and then waited on the waiting room and was left there (no one was at the front desk) for 15 actual minutes.
