My Therapist was the best! He helped me through some hard times and I have learned so much over this last year and a half. I will forever be thankful for the tools in my toolbox that I have and can take for the rest of my life to handle extreme anxiety. I really appreciate.

I have been at life stance for several years now. My experience with my Dr. And counselor have been beyond beneficial. I feel safe and heard and taken care of. The staff that takes my appointments also go beyond what they have to to meet my needs. Thank you so much life stance for going far beyond what you have to to see me get well

I am feeling so much better! I have been on medication management for one year and 6 months and I have to stay with LifeStance because my clinician doesn't need to "get me". She is very kind and she knows what to do when I needed her to refill my medicine it was already ready for me. Having said that, please know that LifeStance is really a life changer for me and myself. Take care of yourself is what I was told. Thank you LifeStance!
