Switched from a psychiatrist I’d been seeing for about 5 years and I am so glad I found Dr. L! I like the practice and the amount of communication leading up to my appointments. Portal is easy to use. I do mostly virtual but I was in-person today and the office space is cute and quiet.
Beware of this company. Only had two visits and they screwed us on billing. Therapists were fine with my son but billing was shady to say the least. We are self-pay and paid ahead of the appointments what we were told the cost would be. We then get a bill in the mail saying we owe them $340 more. Tried to fix with administration but was told the charges were accurate. A shame. My son liked his therapist but won't ever do business with this company again. BEWARE!
Going here for substance abuse help. Apparently none of the professionals are able to do standing appointments. Fine, whatever. It would be nice for some stability and support during this time but apparently that’s asking for too much. Also there is a 48hr cancellation policy or else there is a fee. BUT Lifestance can literally schedule your appointment and then the day before, less than 48hr notice call and cancel on me saying the professional they booked me that I’ve been seeing for awhile isn’t even available on the da... read more
Booking is easy and I just love my therapist Erica McGree she really listens to me and I feel so comfortable talking to her
I've been working with my provider for several years now. He seems very knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and answers all my questions.
