In my opinion I think they are an excellent choice!!!!! They go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your services. It's very easy to change appointments and discuss concerns.i like that virtual is available it makes it easy to make your appointment wherever you're at. This company has put my son together with a wonderful therapist and an excellent psychiatrist. Thank you lifestance you have been a lifesaver literally . 🙏❤️
Stigma, treated like an addict for needing a particular medication to manage C-PTSD. Been left without an actual doctor multiple times and forced to see Nurse Practitioners with not enough experience to care for a complex conditon such as mine. Found most of the providers and staff to be rude, dismissive, and ultimately unhelpful when you need to advocate for your rights as a patient. I’ve been going here for a long time. If you want more than a 5 minute appointment with someone who’s just going to ask if you’re suicidal and move on, go anywhere else but here. Was supposed to have referrals sent several times and they never were. I just called to cancel an appointment and since I was an hour off from 48 hour notice they informed me they will be charging a ridiculous cancellation fee. This was my first session with Brittany. I wasn’t nervous at all, well maybe a little, but quickly faded. Brittany put me at ease and I was able to be fully open with her. Looking forward to my next session.
