Switched from a psychiatrist I’d been seeing for about 5 years and I am so glad I found Dr. L! I like the practice and the amount of communication leading up to my appointments. Portal is easy to use. I do mostly virtual but I was in-person today and the office space is cute and quiet.
Going here for substance abuse help. Apparently none of the professionals are able to do standing appointments. Fine, whatever. It would be nice for some stability and support during this time but apparently that’s asking for too much. Also there is a 48hr cancellation policy or else there is a fee. BUT Lifestance can literally schedule your appointment and then the day before, less than 48hr notice call and cancel on me saying the professional they booked me that I’ve been seeing for awhile isn’t even available on the da... read more
Booking is easy and I just love my therapist Erica McGree she really listens to me and I feel so comfortable talking to her
If I could give zero stars I would. I made the jump finally and signed up for therapy (or so I thought) as I have been struggling with the loss of my mother for the past few months. Not only did this woman seem to question my trauma, but she proceeded to laugh in my face when I told her I have panic attack attacks just about every day. 10000% would NOT recommend.
Couldn’t sign in until some one came to the door , met another gal that was leaving and really upset that the person she saw wanted to give her medication that she didn’t want, has 2 boys she was really crying , I went outside to give her a hug and make sure she was alright to drive . Sure gave me a bad vibe on how they handle people . Met the gal I was to see , and decided not to go back wasn’t what I was expecting . But it did make me feel good to help the other gal !
