Bizarre experience. $350 an hour for therapy? How much of a cut is the doctor seeing? People got loans to pay; they should do it fast and easy in private practice rather than rely on a corporate monolith with haunting office park architecture and sterile rooms that used to host public accountants. Annoyed to say the least. Charged me $120 for a missed appointment fee BUT WE DIDN'T MISS AN APPOINTMENT. Have been trying to call for 4 days and if I don’t get a machine saying the billing department is closed I sit on hold with nobody picking up till I have to go. Nobody calls you back!

My overall experience with LifeStance Health I would say has been good. However, until it had gotten to the point where they have charged me a bill for $1,000...(in which I obviously did not have, that kind of money to pay such a bill...). I am going to be blunt about this and say, that the healthcare system has made this very difficult with trying to figure out what kind of health insurance you have and for how it is going to cover for most of your needs.
