I was not seen by the provider. My appt was at 940 (left work) told the lady who scheduled appointment to make note I'd be leaving work during my break. Anyways, I waited until a few minutes after 10. Asked the front desk how much longer and she told me provider was probably documenting on a patient that just left. Documenting on my time? Made me feel like my time was not valuable. Wasted my break and no call to follow up. Totally turned off
I’ve had a very positive experience with this therapist. They are kind, professional, and truly listen. I feel supported and understood during our sessions, and I’ve learned helpful tools that have made a difference in my life. I highly recommend them.
