Mike Tishey is awesome!!! Down to earth. Listens and asks all the right questions. Sooooo thankful he was willing to take me on when my doctor retired. 5+ stars!
Beware! Very poor experience. I had been struggling with anxiety/panic attacks even though I have been on medication for years. So I wanted to speak to someone about possibly changing medications or exploring other therapies. They matched me with Michelle Kotte. The initial (telehealth) session was ok and seemed worth it. I saw Brian Howard for an appointment and he was by far the worst medical professional I have ever encountered in any field. He asked about my previous labs and when I clarified exactly which labs he would like to see, he gave me a very snarky and belittling response as if I was a college kid. I’ve had different labs drawn from different providers so I was trying to not waste his or my time by pulling up several different patient portals. I'm trying to be mediatory in what I've experienced here because I believe it was unintentional, I hope. I expressed that I would need scheduled drugs and was directed initially upon appointment to video where it was not even applicable in my case and was denied court ordered dugs. I informed the office at every turn what I was to be seen for, and in the intake notes. They still set me up with a telehealth appointment for my initial. My psychiatrist, Jennifer and my therapist Victoria have gotten to me to where I am today. That is a way stronger person than I ever thought I could be. They are both compassionate in our great of giving you the coping skills that you need in life. They do it with gentle gloves And I love my life I have today thanks to them
