Beware! Very poor experience. I had been struggling with anxiety/panic attacks even though I have been on medication for years. So I wanted to speak to someone about possibly changing medications or exploring other therapies. They matched me with Michelle Kotte. The initial (telehealth) session was ok and seemed worth it. I saw Brian Howard for an appointment and he was by far the worst medical professional I have ever encountered in any field. He asked about my previous labs and when I clarified exactly which labs he would like to see, he gave me a very snarky and belittling response as if I was a college kid. I’ve had different labs drawn from different providers so I was trying to not waste his or my time by pulling up several different patient portals. Mike Tishey is awesome!!! Down to earth. Listens and asks all the right questions. Sooooo thankful he was willing to take me on when my doctor retired. 5+ stars!
So far so good. Affordable with insurance and I got my medicine refil. If you are having mental health issues I would 100% go with these guys.
Super easy to set up appointments, very flexible with in-person or video call visits. Doctor was very easy to talk to and seemed to care immensely. Would recommend 10/10
