I absolutely love my therapist. Michelle Kotte is such a help and a blessing in my life. She suggested I try medicine for my depression and it has done wonders with my mood and energy levels. She actually took the time to listen to me and my concerns about my mental health. I like how she not just prescribing medication and not asking about how it’s working. Dr Howard put me at ease as he took my blood pressure and weight. He asked questions about my medical history garnering more details than my other doctors have. At the close of the interview he told me the options for treatment, his conclusions , then asked me what I wanted to do. He is knowledgeable , thorough, professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.
Very poor experience. Scheduled an appointment and was told after I showed up (after taking the day off work and taking my son out of school) that our counselor canceled their day and our appointment was canceled. No one bothered to call me or let me know this was canceled before I showed up. Edit to add, I was able to contact someone at their scheduling office who said the provider canceled our appt due to some missing paperwork. Brian Howard is a terrific NP. He is a great listener and has offered new insights that have helped me immensely. From the first time we met, he quickly identified some key issues that no other provider has before. I’m happier and better adjusted than ever. I can’t recommend him enough.
I went 3 out of 5 stars strictly because my doctor is great. The people on the phone are always short and sound as if you're inconveniencing them by calling. When calling, the prompts tell you a few different times for faster service to visit the patient portal. I've used the patient portal for other physicians and they're great, Lifestance is the complete opposite. I've sent 3 or 4 medical questions since I started using Lifestance and not once has one been answered. If you ask about your bill, they will answer, but nothing... read more
