I’ve had a very positive experience with my therapist Victoria Lambou for the last few years. Recently decided to leave OSU Psychiatry’s pro gram that changes the Psychiatry Dr yearly and was easy to find a new Dr in my area. Looking forward to meeting my new Dr Gina !
Brian Howard is great and good at what he does. He saw me and understood how I was feeling and why, took me seriously, and created a care plan through attention to the detail of it all. I am grateful to work with him to improve my mental health and set myself up for success.
Initially I needed a psychiatrist for potential medication management but what I found in Dr Michelle Kotte was so much more. I believe she saved me as for over a year I was riddled with terrible merry-go-round anxiety coupled with medical anxiety that I thought was the cause of raising my blood pressure to what I thought was on an occasional basis until I kept track of it. Beware! Very poor experience. I had been struggling with anxiety/panic attacks even though I have been on medication for years. So I wanted to speak to someone about possibly changing medications or exploring other therapies. They matched me with Michelle Kotte. The initial (telehealth) session was ok and seemed worth it. I saw Brian Howard for an appointment and he was by far the worst medical professional I have ever encountered in any field. He asked about my previous labs and when I clarified exactly which labs he would like to see, he gave me a very snarky and belittling response as if I was a college kid. I’ve had different labs drawn from different providers so I was trying to not waste his or my time by pulling up several different patient portals.
