I start getting texts and email a week before the appointment that asks me to check in. There’s a lot of questions, every time, even though nothing changes. If you don’t do this then you’ll get a phone call. Then I get texts and emails before the visit letting me know it’s time to get ready, followed by more questions and forms. It was the best experience I’ve ever HAD and I’ve had ALOT AT THIS Point! However, my med was never filled so dropping the ball with the email portal would be my only gripe…hopefully it will be corrected in the AM! But Service and knowledge and expertise is top-tier
I have depression since I was a child. I have seen so many psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and social workers that I have lost count. I saw Dr Karl Oberg at Life Stance in the Warrington office. He listened to me very attentively with understanding and compassion. I definitely give him 5 stars.
Excellent appointment with my psychologist last evening. She is extremely easy to speak with and able to help with my depression and anxiety. I felt so much better when I got off virtual call.
This was my 1st experience with an on line session. It went fine, I think I need to experience alittle more before I can give an actual opinion. On 1st blush, I liked it. Avis made me feel comfortable.
