Excellent appointment with my psychologist last evening. She is extremely easy to speak with and able to help with my depression and anxiety. I felt so much better when I got off virtual call.
After having many traumatic things happen in my life, I finally decidedly it’s too much for me to handle on my own. I turned to Life Stance for some help learning coping and to put my trauma in the past for good. Even during in-take I was given tools to help me. I highly recommend them if you are needing someone to talk to for anything form stress to manic bi-polar. They are very informed and helpful. Remember ‘The World Is A Better Place With YOU In It !!’
Terrible experience. My doctor was a telehealth call- and he showed up late with no introduction mumbled that he was looking over my chart- ok that’s fine.. so you’re my doctor then? Idk who you are and I’m just assuming he was 🤷♀️ he was looking like he just rolled out of bed/didn’t shower. I heard the doorbell in my session which means his house was hearing me- and whoever else might have been in there. Pretty sure that’s a HIPPA violation. It’s very concerning that they don’t approve refills in time. These medications are meant to be taken regularly... Please make your patients a priority.
I really don't like that Behavioral Health Choices turned into this company. It used to be easy to call in to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. Now I have to wait until someone answers, then be transferred to several people before finally getting to the right person. It's a waste of time. I've had times where my provider does not even show up to the appointment (telehealth) and I have to call in to get an answer.
