Terrible experience. My doctor was a telehealth call- and he showed up late with no introduction mumbled that he was looking over my chart- ok that’s fine.. so you’re my doctor then? Idk who you are and I’m just assuming he was 🤷♀️ he was looking like he just rolled out of bed/didn’t shower. I heard the doorbell in my session which means his house was hearing me- and whoever else might have been in there. Pretty sure that’s a HIPPA violation. It’s very concerning that they don’t approve refills in time. These medications are meant to be taken regularly... Please make your patients a priority.
I really don't like that Behavioral Health Choices turned into this company. It used to be easy to call in to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. Now I have to wait until someone answers, then be transferred to several people before finally getting to the right person. It's a waste of time. I've had times where my provider does not even show up to the appointment (telehealth) and I have to call in to get an answer. My mother has been trying to find my sister a psychiatrist for the last 3 weeks and finally was able to get in touch with someone to then find out they don’t take my sister 2nd insurance! Waste of time!
