Very professional and welcoming office. The staff was kind and helpful, and I felt comfortable during my visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received.
The office was very nice. The staff was pleasant and very helpful! I saw Dr. Russ and she was extremely kind, personable, and professional! I highly recommend their services.
My therapist is great. The billing is awful. I’m not doing your job every 2 weeks and spending 15 minutes on the phone to tell LifeStance to send the claim to my insurance. Stop sending me bills for hundreds of dollars when you already got your copay. Just because your billing department can’t get their act together doesn’t mean you have to ask me for a ridiculous amount of money.
