Doctor was great, then they canceled my appointment 12 hours beforehand. I would owe them $100 if I did the same thing. No call back by their phone system... Ugh.

In 2021/23 Katie Humphrey counseled me at Elite DNA Therapy Services under Dr. Calvin Tran. Though her approach to counseling may help others it did not help me. I didn't realize I was being abused by my husband and she told me in one of our last sessions that see told her mom that she had a patient who's husband might kill her. Would not recommend this at all. Very rude attitude and inattentive to what was being said because she thinks she knew everything. (I saw your reply but would rather not if it’s going to connect me to your service provider who referred to me as a Unicorn)

I’ve been under the same medication for many years and was switching providers and hadn’t taken my medication for 2 days when I met with the doctor and she was calling me slow (side affects of not having your meds) I wouldn’t say it was very professional. Clearly, I won’t be back Also without insurance it was 405$ for this visit. Oh so happy about that.
