EDIT: As you can see, (unless they delete it) they responded to this review, asking me to reach out to them. I did. A month ago.. and they never responded. More scams and lies. To summarize my review, this place is all a money grab. Fees are hidden and communication is non existent. They just show up in a bill with no explanation. My provider is enormously flexible and understanding of my logistical situation. He never fails to ask all pertinent questions- not just about medications, but about my life.
Laura W and all office staff at LifeStance Lynnfield Ma office are the best, they are always polite and helpful when scheduling. Ive worked in the MH/SUD field for 30 yrs, Laura W takes plenty of time to listen , discuss and explain options. Im very grateful to have Laura at my therapist.
Dr. Rowe is great. he is a good listener, really cares what the patient is experiencing and does a great job problem-solving in coming up with treatment options. Recommend him highly
