Overall very good. Their new pre appointment log in went OK. They just need to figure out co-pays since it failed numerous times via online. I just waited to pay before my appointment.
The people at this office are very nice, but I am always on hold for a long period of time whenever I call. Also, I have more connection issues with Zoom links from this office than other Lifestance offices.
Life stance was very efficient in getting my information and all administrative people and Dr. Rowe were absolutely fabulous. The service was excellent, everyone was compassionate and really understanding.
Contacting my doctor with questions or concerns is always answered in a timely manor, and answered by my doctor and not administrative staff.
I'm so thankful for the care provided by KG, and LifeStance is a bright spot in the increasingly overwhelmed healthcare system!
