Laura W and all office staff at LifeStance Lynnfield Ma office are the best, they are always polite and helpful when scheduling. Ive worked in the MH/SUD field for 30 yrs, Laura W takes plenty of time to listen , discuss and explain options. Im very grateful to have Laura at my therapist.
$150 Late cancellation fee is NUTS.... I notified Life Stance 24 hours in advance, they need 48 hours. Really fortunate that I am not struggling to make ends meet financially and seeking therapy because of it. I feel violated. Also, after numerous sessions my therapist still thought my name was Jason.... Waste of my money and now I have a $150 late cancellation fee. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I work too hard to give this company my hard earned money for sub par services.
