Consistently frustrating, time-consuming phone experience: an endless loop of repetitive, unhelpful prompts peppered with frequent reminders encouraging you to use the patient portal! Again and again. Plan on spending a good a 30 min just wading through the voice instructions repeated reminders just to get to the general area you wish to reach.
