I go to LifeStance for both my therapist and psychiatrist and I highly recommend! The online platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. I do telehealth appointments and never have any issues getting into my appointment via email and then Zoom. Both my therapist and psychiatrist listen to how I'm feeling and what I have to say and assist/make recommendations where necessary on my desired goals.
Dr.Trish is great. Manages to fit the med review and a person-centered conversation every time I see her. It's truly reassuring to be under her care.
I have been involved with Life Stance Health for sometime now. I find my Medication provider to be supportive, caring and validates my experience and what I am feeling. This allows me to feel more confident. I have felt other staff to be kind and very helpful when on the phone. If I have to leave a message they always get back to me and they always treat me with respect.
I have been involved with LifeStance Health, since they were previously known as Child & Family Psychological Services in one way or another over several years after my original counselor, from a different agency, died. I have never had a negative experience with any direct care providers, the billing department, nor front office support staff. Any questions have been answered thoroughly and respectfully. I came in for ADHD screening and I didn’t feel the doctor actually cared or listened. They asked me a screening questions meant for children and I’m a male in their late 30’s. Felt like a waste of time and I won’t be coming back
