I have benefited so much from the services provided by LifeStance Health. I have felt safe sharing all my problems with Jessica Alef and our patient-provider relation is based on transparency and trust. She has provided me with strategies to handle difficult situations and I am in a much better place than I’ve ever been before.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adler for over 20 years and have watched his practice go from relative autonomy to one constrained by large corporate rules that remove those autonomous decisions that their practitioners had. Obviously Dr. Adler is an excellent clinician but is retiring soon and I will have to continue my treatment elsewhere. Office staff has always been pleasant whether over the phone or in person. Do not ever go to this facility for psychiatric treatment. You will get better treatment from a car dealership. If I could give them a negative 10 rating I would, but you have to select at least one star They do not have any doctors who do both therapy and medication. So you need to make separate appointments with separate doctors (which means they make more money).. Also, their front desk staff is unfriendly and condescending.
