Went for first appointment in person with Karen Contreras. It went very well. She is very Kind knowledgeable and listened to what was going on with me. I have done a virtual with her sense and I’m very pleased with her.
Sheila Gwin-Johnson is the BEST. She has helped me so much with her skill and knowledge. She is patient and kind and has improved my quality of life by making changes to medications. Thank you Sheila. I am forever grateful.
Great experience every time I visit for an appointment. All staff are courteous and approachable. Alice Noles is easy to talk to about any topic. She is a blessing to me and fun!
Emily Cook did a wonderful job, I felt like she actually sympathized with me and understood my needs. With her help I improved significantly in the last year. However she in no longer at this location and I was switching to Sheila Johnson. I was very disappointed in her, I felt like she wasn't listening to me, or if she was, simply wasn't taking me seriously. The next few months are going to be very difficult for me. I had brought my autistic daughter in at the schools suggestion because she is nonverbal after being abused at school by a student and they basically were trying to find out why she is not talking or participating in class. I’m ok with her not speaking because I read body language. I brought her in to meet with Sheila Gwin Johnson.
