I knew nothing about life stance when I was looking for a therapist. They paired me up with the best therapist I could’ve asked for.. I was also paired with a psychiatrist who is also very nice and I’m working with her and things are going really well. I’m glad I found life stance..

I was looking for a therapist online and came across NJBH. I was able to make an appointment online and was seen the following week. Uploading my information and paying my copayment was easy and seamless, so I'm not really sure where the negative reviews about appointments are coming from. My first visit was a telehealth appointment, and Farhana was incredibly easy to talk to. I wish I could give negative stars. Lifestance was awful to work with. Their policy was unclear and misleading. When I did speak with someone, I canceled my appointment and still got a text reminder about it. And then they had the audacity to thank me for using them when I did not use them. Beware!!!
