Wish I could give it a 0. Terrible! This is my 3rd appointment & I have yet to be seen. The first time, my forms were not filled out and the provider advised me she could see me the next day. Understood that it was my mishap. The next day, I joined the meeting as instructed & waited 30 minutes and the provider had not joined the meeting nor messaged me. This place was not a pleasant experience. The doctor did not take much time to talk to me, just read the paperwork I had filled out back to me and the following appointments after the initial one were even shorter. Initially, I thought that was just the way things went because I had never been to a psychiatrist before, but after visiting another psychiatrist after that, I realized that them reading back to you the paperwork you filled out shouldn’t be the entirety of the appointment.Because of this I felt like it was harder ... read more

Terribleee at answering phones. Never interacted with a business that is as bad at answering phones as this one. Hours do not match when they are open. Every time I call I’m put on hold, no matter the time of day. And I can’t communicate through the portal because it doesn’t work well. Tried to cancel an appointment 48 hours before the deadline and couldn’t get ahold of literally anyone on the phone and wasn’t called back. Cons: My doctor shows up on time maybe 25% of the time. There is no easy way to contact support, and actually get a resolution. My medications arrived on time in 2024 less than 50% of the months. Pros: Remote sessions where the doctor spends maybe 10 minutes on me, and my current doctor is the best one I have had with Lifestance. I can only speak from the Psychiatrist side of the organization. Their business model is to minimize time with patients to get as many as possible in a day. As a healthcare professional the way this office is run is a joke. I see a provider via Telehealth and they are awesome this is the first time we have dealt with this office! It took over a month to get my daughter in with a provider for an initial appointment which is fine, high demand. Filled out pre insurance information, etc on the portal prior to the appointment.
