Wish I could give it a 0. Terrible! This is my 3rd appointment & I have yet to be seen. The first time, my forms were not filled out and the provider advised me she could see me the next day. Understood that it was my mishap. The next day, I joined the meeting as instructed & waited 30 minutes and the provider had not joined the meeting nor messaged me. I have been with Lifestance for years. They have been there for me with every major life impact I have gone through. Even during COVID it has been easy keeping appointments with them and they have kept up with the technology for easier accessibility. I never have issues getting my RXs.

Terribleee at answering phones. Never interacted with a business that is as bad at answering phones as this one. Hours do not match when they are open. Every time I call I’m put on hold, no matter the time of day. And I can’t communicate through the portal because it doesn’t work well. Tried to cancel an appointment 48 hours before the deadline and couldn’t get ahold of literally anyone on the phone and wasn’t called back. Patient portal no bueno. Billing won’t do any of the work to investigate your claims. They ook a large sum of money from my account without even calling me I was paying off as I could but I guess they got a wild hair and took it all. Surely they are not hurting for money. . The only things I like are my therapists definitely 5 ⭐️ but their operations need help. Maybe my therapist will find a better place 😎

I feel that this location of Lifestance has good doctors, but my reason for a less than stellar review stems from their refill request portal. A few months ago, the company updated the portal for patients where they can request refills of medications. There are definite bugs with the new version. I have expressed my concerns regarding this a number of times. Several times, I have requested my medication in the portal, waited a few days and nothing. I’ve had to directly message my dr to get it refilled. My dr is a busy woman... read more
