Alyssa lane is awsome. It took awhile, but she was always there with a steady smile, and subtle encouragement. She literally gave me back my life and showed me how to live it. She is incredibly kind and recognized when I would use humor to mask my pain. She is insightful and wise beyond her years.

I’ve only had two appointments so far, but I already feel really comfortable and supported with ESI! She listens without judgment, explains things clearly, and makes me feel heard. I’m grateful to have found a psychiatrist who feels both knowledgeable and compassionate. Looking forward to continuing care with her.

An absolutely fantastic practice. Ashraf Sefain, my PNHNP, is a very knowledgeable and understanding person. He’s a thorough listener, and dedicated to mental as well as overall health. Highly recommend!

I love LifeStance and my psychiatrist, Ashraf Sefain, is the best. He really listens to his patients needs and is down to earth compared to psychs I've had in the past. I would absolutely recommend.

Friendly, well kept facility. Building is easy to navigate, waiting room is comfortable, front desk is welcoming, provider is thorough and personable. I have no complaints nor suggestions for improvement. Most pleasant office visit I've had in a very long time.
