Kai is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. She’s completely changed my life for the better. Lifestance has been very easy to work with and I find their patient portal very easy to use. I couldn’t recommend Kai, and her place of work enough!!!

Another update*** no one called me back yet. Called and was on hold for one hour. Emailed and someone emailed me back saying they will get the office to call back and nothiiiiing. Update**** no one reached out to me still. I am calling and emailing and no one gets back to me. Shame on you. You are trying to bill for out of network without informing me. You cannot do that in VA. The admin staff and billing is terrible. I was seen here for a quick consult and they did not bother to inform me that my insurance is out of networ... read more

I am so happy and fortunate to have found this place. I see Brittany Peebles, psychiatric nurse practitioner and Betsy Fraser, LCSW for therapy for the past several months now. Every time I finish a session with either, I feel like a weight is lifted off of my shoulders and my mood is always better.
