Brittany Peebles is absolutely amazing. I have not felt this good in a very long time. She is very kind and listens to everything you have to say. I would absolutely recommend her to friends, family and anyone that needs help.
Is there any way to give them ZERO Star?? Had an appointment last Monday. But received a text message on Monday morning and the appointment was cancelled without any reason. Tried to contact the office to hear about the reason but there was no response at all. So, contact them about a week later and they told me there is no available spot until DEC 2023.... Have no idea how this could happen.
My daughter came back from her initial appointment and said she doesn't want to go back. She said it seemed they were more concerned with the financial aspects of the services rather than the patient. She said the doctor didn't even look at her during the meeting, just busy asking questions and filling out forms. My daughter already has a hard time finding someone she feels comfortable enough to talk to and this just set her back.
Would be zero stars. I made an appointment a couple months ago. When I called in via virtual visit my phone would not show the provider my screen. We tried for about five minutes to get my video to work but we couldn’t figure it out. Chalita was the provider and she did not show much emotion and seemed annoyed. I was feeling super anxious over it and was seeking help.
