The clinical services are terrible. Instructions, notes, histories are not valued. Clinicians dont show up to appointments then go on leave gaps and continuity of care. Stand in clinicians have their own rules that long standing patients are not aware of. Scheduling is not honored. You will have continuity issues and be passed around clinicians. The staff is rude, has no regard for you patient history or care, and generally lack humility. Not the worst psychiatric experience I have had, but certainly worst in Massachusetts. ... read more

Commonwealth Psychology Associates is now hiding behind a new name and it’s called LifeStance. Commonwealth Psychology Associates single-handedly prevented and discouraged me from getting the right diagnosis for 5 years. I was told nearly verbatim by one of their psychologists that she “would have diagnosed [me] with severe depression, but since [I] told [her] that [I] was not depressed, then [she] was diagnosing [me] with general anxiety instead.” This diagnosis was NOT based on my evaluations, which according to her, indi... read more

I had my first in person appointment with Kira who was warm and informative. She answered all of my questions clearly and was very easy to talk with.

My therapist rules. I'm glad to have found him especially with the high demand right now. Doxy is buggy at best. I hope you replace the telehealth system soon. Edit: Lifestance replaced Doxy with a much better system. No issues since then. My therapist still rules.

starting with a new therapist and so far i have nothing but positive things to say. she has already been so receptive and showing interest in really knowing and understanding me
