I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER!!! I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my patient experience today. The care and communication I received were unacceptable. Providers are very unprofessional and doesn’t have the right education and experience to treat patients. Most providers are NOT doctors and are nurses.

I did not have a good 1st time patient experience. It felt very DISORGANIZE, Nurse Practitioners using AI google online and find answers to treat patients and front desk employees are rude and NOT welcoming. I do not recommend.

I'm sorry but $150 to cancel/reschedule an appointment is ridiculous. It always feels like I just get in the video call, get asked some questions, get medication, and that's it. I definitely don't feel like this is health CARE, more like a business that cares about profit.

After appointment I was told a receipt would be emailed to me. Got home, opened email to find the attachment for my payment wasn’t attached. Called all phone # I could find. After listening to more than 2 minutes of the menu finally contacted a REAL person. Told him what was going on. Got the email but no attachment. Was asked what state I was in & during that conversation I asked him what state he was in. He indicated that he was at an offshore location. Professionalism was great by staff, customer service out of this world. Developed a patient-physician relationship fast. Listened to patient needs.
