Extremely pleased w my provider. She got me and quickly got to the root of major issues. As for the front desk, same issues as other patients. Inefficient handling of forms and papers. Also they need to open the glsss when patients arrive. It’s rude to talk through the glass.
If it were possible, I would rate my provider 5 stars, but give the administration component two stars. My provider was attentive, engaging, detail-oriented, and well-prepared - she remembered everything and I felt every session was a continuation from the last, where the discussion picked up without any details dropped or forgotten. UPDATE: Received a letter in the mail this company 'suffered a data breech' and all my info was shared with the world. *** Find another group other than Lifestance. Office staff is incompetent and not trustworthy- they 'lose' signed release documents, and continually gaslight you into filling them out half a dozen times...claiming to have never received them (they will still deny it even when you provide timestamps/received proof).
