If it were possible, I would rate my provider 5 stars, but give the administration component two stars. My provider was attentive, engaging, detail-oriented, and well-prepared - she remembered everything and I felt every session was a continuation from the last, where the discussion picked up without any details dropped or forgotten. Extremely pleased w my provider. She got me and quickly got to the root of major issues. As for the front desk, same issues as other patients. Inefficient handling of forms and papers. Also they need to open the glsss when patients arrive. It’s rude to talk through the glass.
This was a nightmare. First ever appointment with a psychiatrist, it was a virtual appointment, constantly dropped my appointment. I spent two hours on a business teams call without a blink early in the morning and I pay extra for HIGHER SPEED UP/DOWN WiFi transfers for my kids gamers sessions. This was horrible. I was left distraught and beside myself and no one called me for a follow up to see how I was once I quit logging back into the meeting which took over six acknowledgment buttons including repeating my DOB. 😵... read more
Scheduled an appointment online with zocdoc based on the reviews. This place is very misleading and mainly cares about money, over their patients mental well being. The first exchange of communication was to get a credit card saved on file so they can charge you. After placing a credit card on file they communication is very unprofessional.
