⭐ **Very Disappointing Experience with LifeStance Health** I made an appointment with LifeStance Health yesterday afternoon for Monday afternoon. Shortly afterward, my neurosurgeon’s office contacted me because he had a cancellation and was able to see me Monday afternoon. Given the severity of my cervical spine issues and the fact that my neurosurgeon is extremely busy, this was an important opportunity. Such caring people, all of them. Emergency appts are easy and quick, very responsive to my needs. I always feel like I am in good hands, and truly cared for. To be absolutely honest, I'd be adrift without the kind counselors & knowledgeable psychiatric professionals who have cared for me when I needed them.
I have been here for six months and all I can say is, “WOW!” They are a one-stop shop for all your mental health therapy needs. I’ve tried so many other means, but LifeStance has a team of practitioners, and in six months I’ve made more growth than in three years of therapy. I highly recommend their services.
Lack of flexibility over a 2-hour window is why they are losing you as a patient. A rigid, money-first approach from a mental health provider can break the trust required for good therapy. 46 instead of 48 hours for cancelling. I do take fault for not being able to call sooner.
