Dr Mark Carey is a great professional psychologist. He is a great listener. I am always excited about talking to him. He makes sure you have all your medications, and he makes sure that you are good mentally . He looks right in your eyes, because he knows if you are not right that’s because he is a real professional.
I have been seeing Latoya Mohammad for a few years now . She is amazing , understanding , knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve been to other psychiatrists and none are like her . Provides quality and meaningful care . Makes me feel human and always strives for what’s best for the patient . The office staff is always kind and helpful when I call ! I honestly don’t have any complaints!
I can forgive the annoyance of having to list my address for every session, however, I resent that I am asked to save my card info because there’s no option to say you don’t have a co-pay AND I recently had to pay a copayment despite NOT owning one in order to keep my appointment. Otherwise, using the text link is a THOUSAND TIMES BETTER than the app, so thanks for that.
Corporatization of Healthcare. Terrible interfaces and UX. Problems getting into my appointments every time. I currently have a -$800 balance, which i have requested to be paid out three times now
My initial visit went extremely well.ms Cooper was engaging and provided me w/ excellent care-I look forward to our next session
